I was thinking in this new girl quote.. If she is dying and Issei should use the evil pieces she should be human repeating Vol1 Issei situation.

Then, the Ajuka daughter idea has no sense.. There must be other reasons for that request. Is not Ajuka daughter but the girl is maybe one daughter/descendant of one ajuka human lover(now dead)...

I doubt that the evil pieces powers can revive one devil or cure one devil(without evil piece) fatal wounds, for that we have the Phoenix Tears
