The problem is clone of whom.

Again, if we assume Ichika is pure clone of Chifuyu, then Ichika is not actually male in general sense because a real clone wouldn't have SRY factor that form masculine body and system.

If you insert SRY factor to one of X chromosome, you still have a guy with female genes, which is again, sterile.

It's possible to have a near-perfect female clone from a male sample via chromosome duplication. But it's not possible to create a near-perfect male clone from female sample due to the lack of SRY factor.

Depends

Most clones DO have that simply because they have the same lifespan as the original. And since the cloning process is not 100% perfect, clones often have even shorter lifespan.

Rapid Aging is kinda unrealistic unless it's really a mistake or deliberate.

What is the plausibility of China progressing in development of a mass produced model IS outside of ISA? This means that said model would be send all over the world to share information on it and up to date notes on its development are open source.

The only thing keeping I.S. development outside I.S.A. is secrecy issue. If it's open source, then there's no problem at all. But still, isn't that the same as wasting money? I.S. development after all is a huge arms race.

The development of Armored Stratos doesn't even kept secret as soon as it's first sortie declared successful, mainly to save American ass after Gospel incident by redirecting the attention.
