I quite enjoyed Touga and Suguru's entries, though above all I'd say Negi's was the best. He will control a harem powerful enough to destroy the world in a mere few years time.

As to additions, do you think Miyanokouji Mizuho from Otoboku would fit on that list? He has managed to get an entire school full of girls into worshipping him, even if it was somewhat accidental.

Tohoin Ikuto from Nagasarete Airantou lives on an island of hormone-driven anarchy. The destructive capability of that is vast. Especially because of that little demon girl Machi. The horror.

I'm rather disappointed with this list. Touya of Utena is on it, yet Ohtori Akio of the same show is far, far more seductive than he is. Heck, he's irresistible to everyone, male or female ; regardless of sexual orientation or fetish . As far as I can tell, his only real competition is Momonari Junta of DNA² fame. However, even the famed megaplayboy is only irresistible to women. Needless to say, both of these guys will also have extremely high (or even higher) threat levels.

By the way, Tenchi's threat level is far too low. As we find out in OVA 3, at his best, he's capable of crushing everyone else on the list put together.

I think Elio from Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha StrikerS should be up on the list soon since he is the only mage male in the anime so far.

Also add this girl named Leshente from an H-RPG called Ikusa Megami. If you don't double your level by the time you enter the dungeon she's in and then face her (She's level 80), she will cream you in one magic attack that explodes your characters souls. After that she only becomes very hard by doing a lot of damage and having a one hit auto-ko claw attack on one of your party members. Then afterwards she joins your party and becomes your top character immediately, but with only 10% of her HP from just a minute ago.....but my point stands in that she is an enemy of all.

That list wins just for having Takuto on it. His threat level is quite a bit low, though. Those Emblem Frames can do some pretty heavy damage, and he has unchallenged authority over all six pilots.

If I had to say anything negative about it though, it would be calling Shinn a wuss. (under Athrun's description) Shinn is a lot of negative things, but a wuss is not one of them.

But yeah, where's Ranma? I would think that his gender-swapping ability would possibly put him at a high threat level.

I don't understand what are the standards for the threat levels though. For example, how can Maiku (Onegai Twins) have a threat level of medium while Sousuke's (FMP) is low? Even Keiichi (AMG) has a medium threat level.

Though he had lost all memory of his past and is cursed with a mask he cannot remove, Hakuoro still managed to lead a peasant uprising that resulted in himself being named as emperor. Imperial duties included the following: Deflowering the girl who nursed him back to health when he was first discovered, and whose younger sister calls him "Daddy"; Having sex with an ultra-strong mercenary warrior who was once a princess of a neighboring province; Being paralyzed and repeatedly used as a sex toy by the childish younger daughter of the High Priest; Sleeping with his chief ambassador and mediator, who also happened to be the eldest daughter of the High Priest; Being seduced by his paladin-like bodyguard, who had formerly tried to slay him; Impregnating his best friend's blind and sickly little sister. I think they'd need to have a penis to be qualified for this particular list.
