is Chrona a boy or a girl =/ animes confuseing me,a first it was a he,then it became a she then a he agian X_X and now a girl!! AGIAN!

It is still genderless as of the current point of the manga. English just feels awkward if it refers to people as its (the genderless pronoun), so subbers tend to attribute a gender to Crona.
