I've never had a high opinion of English dubs in the first place... I usually only buy they if A) I've seen the series before and enjoy it or B) I've heard a lot of good things about it
so I'll repeat it again: the original Japanese was horrible (for many, if not all, of us faithful manga lovers), and the English dubbing will only make it worse

Well at least Madhouse follows the manga which though even they give original anime endings(Needless) or cut some chapters(Hajime no Ippo), the animation quality is good and they're not known for doing ecchi stuff that much so I guess if ever MadHouse decides to get R+V it'll be more manga base I wouldn't mind an original anime ending.
+ 1 Mizore pic This perspective makes it like she's on top of you looking down at you.

Well, this manga probably already has made top sales...
The North American release of the first volume of Rosario + Vampire: Season II debuted at #1 on The New York Times Best Seller Manga list, its still in the #1 spot. So yeah, R+V is gonna be big

If I had a chance, when I died, I want to be reborn as Tsukune.
And does it seem like Yukari's dream of having a threesome is coming closer? And after R+V anime is released throughout America, it is certain it will be popular if the manga is popular and that remake/continuation has a close chance of happening. |

The guys here have been talking about a R+V-REVAMP anime. Where in the origin of our hero Tsukune can be flashbacked and they'll animate the S2 manga scenes where in which Capu2 didn't animate.

And I think it's safe to say that's the absolute sexiest image of Inner I've ever seen, official or unofficial, bar none. Ehhh I dunno. I think it was someone here who said that adult swim wouldn't air a non-actiony anime like RV, so new people wouldn't exactly have easy exposure to it. And even if they did, I'm not sure the anime itself, considering its *ahem* 'quality', would make RV more popular. It might interest people in reading the manga though, especially if they hear people saying how much better it is. |

i wouldn't be surprised if they translated the Anime into english. i just wonder who'll they'll get for Moka and Kurumu. those have GOT to be the most complicated characters to cast because moka needs to be a sweet innocent girl and a total ... female dog at the same time and you can't have Kurumu being too ... provocative.

Yeah, the Moka Akashiya in the first season of the manga, was like a prototype, but in the second season she was finalized.
Just like Daddy Starbucks in the anime, the anime version was a prototype, although his anime design, was probably JUST for the anime itself, and might have not been a prototype, but his manga version is definetly an improvement, Ikeda is a very good artist, whenever i see Issa's anime self i think of Dracula, i dont really wanna think of Dracula, i like to see Vampires that arnt involved with romania or Dracula, like Japanese or Chinese Vampires, btw, LinLin Wong is considered a Chinese vampire by Westerners, or thats what it reads in Folklore.

Does the mangka live in a cave or something. I'm sure being #1 on The New York Times Best Seller Manga list for how many months now should tell him exactly how popular it is in America...
