AMAZING EP. We actually got forward movement. HOLY CRAP. Not only that, but we got the "introduce to deceased parent" flag, and the confession under fireworks trigger. Can it be, that this is the one show that FINALLY goes the right direction!?

also, this is not Ichika and Char again. That show was horrible and shouldn't be compared with this.

Very nice episode. This, combined with episode 2 (I think, the one where Kanade gives suggestions on what to do with the butler ticket) will look very nice in uncensored BD form.

I AM SADDENED. The very very beginning of this ep, Usami-chan says she's gonna bath, and..... WE DON'T SEE HER BATH WHAT IN THE PLANET MARS IS THIS

Anyways, here's something to think about:

seriously, this girl, she did it all. Best moments were when she was armed, like gasp, giving a sadist girl a gun? Is that a good idea? Favorite parts was when she shot the rabbit prize (don't worry Usami-chan, I shall avenge you!

), and lol she gave Jirou the one two punch at the end of the battle royale, boob attack to trigger his genomephobia and then shoot him, I can only fantasize where Kanade-chan would aim that gun at an M like me

Ah, oh yeah, there were bath scenes. Subaru finally shows her memory erasure technique, erasing the memories of both daddy and Jirou, I would say she's a sadist too

Subaru was really cute... I'm glad to' see Jirou stay close when she was sad for What has happened in her past.. Poor Subaru..,Losing her mother when she was a children...

So, Subaru in the end don't agree with Jirou for stay only friends.. She want more....Hehehe...

However...Ojou-sama... Is the best!

I wonder if the relationship of those two will really go to the next level. Because by looking at the next episode it's still the same. That's why I'm not too fond of this event. It will be good event if the next episode show results but nope. It's Usami's episode.

And Kanade really steals the show either it's centered on Subaru or Usami. She is indeed the QUEEN!!!

I agree!!!!!!..Ojou-Sama is the Queen!!
However, i don't think the relationship of Subaru and Jirou go to the next level, in this (first)season.......

Ooh finally some progress after a couple of poor episodes. I really hope they can build upon this the next episode, but if you're looking at the preview this doesn't seem to be the case.

Other than that, Subaru shows her feelings before the last episode? This has to be pretty damn rare in an modern harem anime.

Well this Harem series has been known all season long to be refreshingly original, and is actually not sticking to pure generic harem cliches. When you have a non-pussy male lead, usually the harem will be good.

Midonin Last Engage Join Date: Jun 2007 Location: Florida	Spoiler for MC Subaru/Punyuru 08 - War, Paint and Festivals: Quite a lot of sudden mood swings going on in this episode. The start and the middle of the second half were madcap (Nakuru's a beast. I mean that in the best possible way. Not a half-bad artist and a force to be reckoned with on the battlefield. Not someone to be trifled with.) The rest of it was a little more low key. I don't have a whole lot to say on those parts. Pretty good episode, nice balance of fanservice and gender-revealing/hiding hijinks, etc. Next week, however, looks exciting. This show really is determined to get everyone into maid outfits sooner or later.
