Finished uploading. You can find it on my Youtube profile.
My opinion on the music is sort of "meh" at the moment. I dunno, it seems a bit too synth for my tastes. I mean, there was a lot of synth in the past games, but it feels like it was done more creatively there. Here, it kinda feels like you could've used live instruments to replace them. But then again, I don't have any moments in the game to compare them to, so maybe that'll change once I play the game. As for the composer, it doesn't sound like Abo or ONOKEN. It kinda reminds me of the PS2 Higurashi music, though. |

A bit of bad news.
The game's release date has been postponed from March 29th to "Spring 2012". Nakazawa has a whole page explaining why, but what it basically boils down to is that he wants more time to churn out a higher quality product, so he's delaying it for now. The three main reasons are that he wants to improve on the Senses Sympathy System, improve on a "Map System", and to fine tune a few other aspects of the game in general. I'll try translating it a bit later. Personally, I'm okay with this. The higher quality the final product is, all for the better, right? |

Still feel like it's a bit of a loss for not having it on the PS3 too, like Robotics;Note is doing |

With Regista, it's a bit different. They're mostly known for porting ero PC games into non-ero console versions, and have only 2 original games so far (3 if you count Secret Game, but that's a remake of Killer Queen). And out of those, only one of them has gotten an official Regista PC port: I/O. (Secret Game also got a PC port, but it was done by a different group). Nakazawa said that he hasn't even thought about a PC version yet (his answer was pretty much "Maybe, but right now, I'm focusing on getting the highest quality version of the game I can for the Xbox 360 right now"- a fair point). So we're not sure how high the chances are of getting a PC port are. Not to mention even if it does, it might take a while (I/O's PC version came out 2 1/2 years after the PS2 version).

A delay works out well if it allows a developer to make a good game even better - i.e. the foundation is strong, the design is great, and they just need more time to make it an A-calibre title. However, if a developer delays a game because certain aspects are very buggy or lacklustre (and the design isn't turning out to be as fun or interesting as they originally thought), chances are that they're undergoing some struggle to make a disappointing product worthwhile. |

Spoiler for Yuuri Profile:
I haven't mentioned this earlier, but judging from the sketches in these sections, it seems like there's a portion of the game that will take place "Nine years ago" in 2021. I'll try uploading the sketches later. |

It's actually been up for a while (after the annoucement that the game would be delayed), but I have indeed noticed some slight differences apart from the date change.
Apparently, the approximate playing time for Root Double will be announced soon, according to Nakazawa. |
