Noir VinoCacao

Wine and chocolate might not seem to be the most compatible pairs, given the strong flavor both possess. However, occasionally you see diamonds in the rough, and Noir from VinoCacao happens to be one of those gems. A wine purist would be aghast at such a monstrous creation as chocolate wine, but when one is looking for that perfect fix of bittersweet dark chocolate and the deep fruit of red wine. This is even more so with VinoCacao Noir.

Génoise's Noir VinoCacao reflects the perfect chocolate red wine. On the outside Noir is an expressionless and quiet girl, always in deep thought. However, you would notice that she tends to be forgetful and in general quite a bit "girlish" outside of battle. The stoic exterior is the chocolate, sherry-flavored sweetness which also holds seriousness. Yet, underneath that dark sweetness is the fruit of the wine, showing itself between the sweetness and the final slight hint of bitterness. The harmony is well balanced, the marriage a success, and the aroma is quite a treat, being complexed and having that small hint of rancio, of earthiness which implies a seasoned mind in deep thought, while holding an inner fruitiness.

The number of people in this thread who say there were fine with season 1 but that instant hero powers in 2 are pissing them off astounds me. No one remembers Cinque learning seal cannon by... hearing Milhiore describe it once and watching Eclair use it once, apparently?

Frankly this frenetic way of pacing everything is much better than slowing shit down by spending half an episode of people describing how their abilities work like most so-called 'action' anime.

Why not? I did just a few days ago. When watching a completed series, I like to go to places where people were discussing it while it aired and see their reactions to each episode and their predictions for future episodes. It's entirely doable. And since you're looking for something specific you can just skim through the posts until you find what you're after.
