what's the use of introducing a variety of charac?
Developing them with the MC
if they are just going for that end in the first place?
then they should've just make a regular non-harem series... makes things more acceptable

as far as we remember in Kampfer, the megane with the foul mouth gun nut counterpart wins in the LN ver while the best girl class rep wins in the manga format... but that's a very rare instances...

I'm pretty sure it's because it was predictable. Although it was predictable, we all like to see buildup for the characters and the MC was given character through other events with the girls so... Not to mention this isn't our story, and with the ending I'm not sure if the author wanted to get money or seriously wrote this the way he wanted.

I would've preferred Takana winning outright, but it was sort of obvious that Saotome would end up winning. She had all sorts of primary love interest hats, like having a dark past, being an idol who has to hide their relationship, having pink hair, being the first girl... Among others.

I'm glad this thread was here so I did not invest myself in the series.

i read harem because i hate love triangles in the end one of them will have love and the other will have nothing even if she had more love towards the MC and this kind of ending in harems i hate even more -_-

It was easier reading these kinds of stories before a number of people realized that the first girl introduced in romantic stories nearly always is the ending girl (especially with ren'ai game anime).

A long time ago I didn't even want to bring it up because it was too reliable a predictor, but everyone knows now so it's not a big deal.

At least a few stories have TRIED to be less predictable in their plot structure recently.

Yeah, that really confused me when I was looking up how far along the series was, when I was considering reading it.

Would you deign to give us a summary of volume 11? What more is there to the story? Is it just side stories, a long epilogue? Alternate endings?

IMO, the best thing ever happened in my entire life of reading harem + romance stories...

For me, other stories paled in comparison when this part came in:

With the situation of theirs much more dire, they themselves complicatedly entangled their selves in a thread. They themselves became time bombs that would go off any day.

“Bu-but you see! The matter of Sanae with Shizuka-san exposing her is only a mere problem and not frankly did it upfront! And yet, it’s not strange for her to say her important decision? Sanae is Sanae! Saying that I am just taking advantage of the situation is not true!”
Beating her enemy by getting carried away and to push out like that.

Rather than a counter-attack skill, she attacked her on a despicable reflex.

Still, she cannot help answering back.

“Tha-that doesn’t mean what Saotome-san did is justified! Involving Kazuhiro-sama to troublesome matters is not justifiable!”

“Sanae and you too Saotome, aren’t the two of you are just being selfish here?! I’m seriously trying to end the problem here!”

The progress of the competition between the three becomes more complicated, entangled, and disorderly going around.

“If you say it that way, then Saotome-san is the first one who understand the situation first! If you only have just been honest with Kazuhiro-sama from the start, it wouldn’t have turned into this!”

“Yeah. You’re the one who understands the whole situation, how clever of you Saotome.”

“I explained the situation to the two of you seriously! Moreover, all of you just made it more complicated for Kazuhiro!”

To be already resolute their selves to self-destruct whenever a chance to steal a march appears——- The three of them were.

However, they were never able to do so because they are afraid to lose when that happens.

“If you mean deceiving Kazuhiro then aren’t the three of us deceiving him?!”

Right now, the three of them are warriors.

Takana fights with her fist.

Sanae confronts her circumstances.

And then, Saotome, in addition to her work, faces off against the society.

When she’s attacked by the other two people, Saotome naturally have her voice and words as her weapon and then, her freely use of the power of expression.

Even if her pitch goes up, she doesn’t care.



That’s why they did not notice.

The sound of the bell when the door opens.



“Ah….!”

The first one to find out was Takana.

Chasing Takana’s glance, Sanae turns around.

Saotome froze there.

The door opened, there was one boy standing alone in there.

For one second, their voice did not separate away from them. It felt warm but at the same time painful.

However right now, the person they didn’t want to be here at this moment blinked.

“E-…..erm….”

With a blank stare, he stood there.

“Ka-, Kazuhiro-sama. This is… you see… You’re mistaken!”

Sanae was bewildered.

Mistaken?

What do you mean by mistaken?

“Ri-, right, right. It’s nothing. Don’t worry about it Kazu!”

Takana starts deceiving.

It’s nothing?

There’s no need to. Since what you guys talked about was the most important.

“Wait! Kazuhiro, wait!”

Saotome started to call.

Wait?

Do you seriously want me to wait?


I don’t want to hear it. I don’t want to listen to what you have to say.


Right there, the three themselves wanted to run away.

“Ha, haha….”

Showing up a delicate smile on his face, Kazuhiro did not answer and closed the door.

it's like the version 2 of what happened in chapter 8(was it chapter 3 in vol 1 in the novel?) in the manga. This time, everything's exposed. The very secret of the three that they don't want Kazuhiro to find out.

Haha. I am still angry that they ended the manga at rushed note. Using manga as advertising for LN is very bad move IMO. Not many people love to read words.

I just remembered this series, and forgot if the light novel end ...
and yep glad too that this thread exists to know what it was truly expected turned out to be what happened ...

that's why I like so much Ichigo 100% 'cause it wasn't easy to get who was gonna win and the end was pretty good (the growth of the MC).
