And what if we're trolled and next chapter will about how they try and fail to sabotage this? And to be fair, progressing Iori and Chisa relationship would bring more funny moments later... Just think about Nanaka and Iori friends reactions that it can bring.

Dunno, Grand Blue lost me along the way. Iori gets a lot of flags from the girls, but despite a healthy amount of pages for a monthly serialization, it's mostly just shiptease, misunderstanding and cockblock. Whenever it ends, I fully expect an ending, where he technically dates someone, but the scumbros never let him enjoy the moment. It doesn't help that I don't like Chisa at all.

I prefer D-Frag's humor over this.

I don't think there is any merit on befriending them because they just love to ruin stuffs It is pointless to have girl-magnet (Kouhei) but also keep the girl-repellent (other friends)
