Next chapter's out! We already get some backstory for the gang's newest addition, Charmingman (most likely named after this song). His brother mysteriously disappeared at a volcano site.... the very same place the magic lava rocks came from. Meanwhile, Dragona regains the previously lost watch, and soon everyone returns to Meryl Mei for their payment! However, after experiencing the power of the lava rock for herself, she seems to have come up with a new heist idea for our gang.....

Oh, and according to Charmingman, his sandy skin is a condition he was born with. So it's still not clear whether or not he's a rock human (maybe he is one and is unaware of it?). Curious....

Paco shouldn't underestimate music like that. A certain genius in another universe refused to risk his life for a maiden because he didn't know what type of music she liked.

The new chapter is out.

We are treated to a fucked up flashback centered on Dragona being prime bullying and sexual abuse target, while miniature thug life Jodio is not having any of that. Unfortunately, his retaliation indirectly started a negative domino-effect for the Joestar Family till they have met Meryl Mei Qi.

Back to the present, with Charmingman onboard, the gang tries to acquire the rights to "The JOJOLands", where they could supposedly get more lava rocks and also find Charmingman's lost brother.

The flashback was really good. Jodio definitely has psychopathic traits but he's not a textbook psycho. When he realized it was indirectly his fault his family fell apart, he clearly felt guilt. He also cares for animals, that little bird is the only reason those people survived. Ironically, if he had actually killed them all, he might have not suffered any consequences.

Wow, I knew Jodio was savage, but holy hell, dude!

Not to say those bullies didn't deserve it, but still. And yeah, it was pretty interesting to see the negative consequences those actions had on his family.....

And with that being said, I feel that Meryl Mei is playing a real dangerous game by deciding to monopolize the rest of those lava rocks. Sure, her gang may stand to make a fortune, but how many lives will potentially be destroyed in the process....?

Meryl is ringleader of her territory, so her confidence is a given.
Jodio and Paco also made right decision to ask her help for their survival.

It difficult to say the risk will be lower if Meryl decided the best is to be quiet instead.

It's that time! Meryl hatches the gang's next scheme: They'll use their lava rock on the deeds belonging to the company currently in possession of the rest of the treasured stones (as well as several other properties), thus making a huge fortune of their own! The operation seems to go off well.... until something strange happens to Usagi as soon as they leave the registry. It seems that he's fallen victim to a new stand attack....!!!

At first, I thought Usagi got the same kind of rocky skin Holy got from her illness, but the pattern is only similar, not exactly the same. So most likely it's indeed an enemy Stand attack. Wonder if the user is the woman that turned the pages for Usagi at the registry.
