It almost seems insulting though. 'We let you run around defenseless Earth at AAA rank with devices as kids, but as adults in a magic/magitech-based society we're going to have to hold you down to AA even without the devices.'

Maybe they couldn't claim jurisdiction then or something...

Terribly sorry if this is something obvious, but why were the limiters put to use in the first place? As mentioned earlier they ran around as children with a much higher mage rank, but as adults their power is lowered? I'm confused on why.

Maybe it's because the Aces are a tad bit dangerous (Even with the Limiters )

I guess the limiter is kinda new policy?It is been a while since A's , just like how physical weapon are prohibited too.Probably suggested by Chrono after experiencing something similar to this

carim really put the limiters in so that when she gets cuaght in conspiracacy of evil With Lutecia and then later with that accos guy, use the limiters so that she/or they will get away, there allready some evidence that the church is not what it seems and the majority of the people across the world are going to watch these people very carefully, there apparently will be the anti-TSAB helper squad!!!

Well to be fair, in the first 2 seasons, Nanoha wasn't exactly working for them yet (She wasn't paid!) and Fate was just recently appointed before the Book of Darkness situation came about...

... Or it's just as simple as THEY DON'T TRUST THEM AT FULL POWER.

I'm not that impressed with this series yet(I yawned through ep.2 & 3).

Compared to A's, where intense battle & plot began in episode 1, StrikerS is sure taking their sweet time in developing anything of interest storywise(and battles).

at last it seems that training is over for our newbies ~ they all get a device upgrade to version 2.0 and a considerable increase in power ~ how they managed to turn tia's guns into a card is beyond me...i was it would be a mini gun necklace like what signum has

oh and before that nanoha got a scratch...no biggie but that allower out chibi heros to pass the final test :3

the limiters thing was pretty funny...considering what just happened in bleach ~

how the captains and other released their limiters i can just imagine the insane power boast available to nanoha fate and hayate when the time comes (hopefully it does come >.<)

nice fanservice shower scene...quite cute to see subaru washing caro's hair...and now we know that the dragon "pet" is male

and here is where the plot finally moves into some action ~ drones attack a train and its on a collision course...its up to our heros to stop them...ooh im getting hyped for ep 5 already

Hello!! Nanoha to A's only a few new cast/slight difference in time(only 3 of the new cast can be considered main)...This time 10+ new people, older Nanoha and gang , big time difference so they cant go too fast or there will be plot holes all over the place.

Plus this is 26 episode long don't worry still long way to go, i prefer em this way.It also help non manga reader to get used to new cast/storyline.

Hopefully there will be better raw when i woke up >_<

Actually storywise , it is already pretty interesting assuming you read the manga. There is quite a number of issue in the past 3 episode that you can relate to em.

yea considering that this is 26 eps long i can live with a slow start ~ which is better than having a fast start...run out of material and a fillery middle ~ now that would sux even more >.<

I do agree that they are taking their sweet time though. They, probably, could have crammed the first 3 episodes in to 2 instead, without missing anything much (because, lets be honest - nothing much happened).

In all fairness, for some one who already isn't a fan of Nanoha series the start would probably look very boring. It is quite far from a captivating way to blast of the series, if try to look at it in an objective way, putting aside my fanboy issues.
