^ which brings me to think that there is a high possibility of an open ended solution to this series ~ but seeing it end on the note of "just another day" seems a but depressing >.< but on the other hand i can see ikuto taking more of a liking to suzu during the mid-late eps in the series ~ that should leave it plenty of time to figure out some sort of closure (hopefully satisfying) ~ but for now ill just enjoy the ride

It seems that the series have calmed down quite a bit, and seems like we are focusing on character interactions and development. Sadly, the humor part suffers because of this. Ep5 didn't manage to crack even a smile from me. I wonder if we will be following "girl of the week" story path, in order to show Ikuto developing a sort of "bond" with all(most) of them.

When all is said and done, character development and interactions instead of a crackshot whacky humor isn't necessarily bad, but i should probably adjust my expectations regarding this anime.

Actually, I found the scenes of the various animal "conversations" quite humerous. I'm sure that was a fun day in the recording studio.

Episode 6 was good. I liked it better then the last few episodes.

Ep6 was definitely good. Infinitely better than the few previous eps. Though the nosebleed seems to be back with a vengeance, i didn't mind that much. Machi is as evil as ever 0_o. (And Suzu didn't seem very pleased with her announcement that she is going to wash Ikuto ).

Nice amount of Suzu x Ikuto development. Now, if only he would learn to keep his blood pressure in check ...

I hope this keeps up, and we won't go back to the relatively boring style of the few previous eps.

Ep 6 for me was ok, the quality of the art really bugged me. It felt like someone else was doing the drawing. [That like one time in Naruto]. The story is kinda typical [and thus the ending]. The nosebleeding is getting kinda repetative. I think it's about time to take it out, or at least minimize the times that Ikuto does it [or he might die from blood lose and end the series early] There's one point that seems interesting tho. I'm curious about the monster that lives in the hot spring mountain.

Even though I don't think it's stated anywhere in the manga up to vol 8 (where I'm currently at), I think the huge 'Nessy-like' sea monster is possibly the God of the Island. In the manga, Ikuto comments on seeing the figure somewhere before when he saw it's outline of it when they were trying to solve the hotspring problem.

One episode I'm looking forward too is the arc when everyone is turned into animals and the animals are turned into human via magic. Want to see how Panako's human form looks like animated.

The Episode was pretty good. It seems it's getting back on track with the manga. Unfortunately for the nose bleeding, it won't stop anytime soon. However, it'll get less and less frequent (at least, in the manga it does).

More Machi in episode 7. In fact, she is on top of things as will be seen in the following.

First part was ok. The second part is more enjoyable, but the curse of the show is that it's just another episode about nothing. No plot progression what so ever. I'm content because I've prepared myself for such by the 2nd episode. More Machi is also an attractive factor for tolerating this show.

Good to see that im not the only one that loves machi lol. Ive been following the show on and off for abit and shes easily been the most enjoyable aspect of it. The rest aren't horrible but kinda come off alittle boring or annoying.

Ah but its great to see she'll atleast get some screentime next episode.
