Hmm? Small rule inconsistency in this episode. Bisque's skirt was hit by the ball, but since Hisoka caught it before it hit the ground she shouldn't have been out yet.

The rules make my brain fizzle out like Gon's.

Now what are those three up to? My only guess on how they could stop Razor's throw would be adding in some Bungee Gum and maybe lightning to slow it down. Of course now that we know he can turn the ball after it's thrown, it makes it a lot more difficult to predict where to block.

@Keroko: I thought that too at first and was racking my brain until I realized that Razor's summon caught the ball after it hit Bisky.

This episode was amazing for the simple fact that Hisoka got taken by surprise with that ball. Not a face I've seen often, if at all. Also, Biske is faster than Hisoka? She was closer to get hit, but managed to get [nearly]completely out of the way while Hisoka barely had time to dodge.

this made me laugh =03. But it's not quantity that matters, it's quality.

It's possible.

But she was between the ball and Hisoka, which may have slowed his reaction a bit.

Remember the fight with hair-fetish guy. Bisque is not the little kid she appears to be.

I don't think it's strange that Bisky is faster than Hisoka.

Hisoka got taken by surprise for a bit there. Nice to see Gon show the efforts of his training. Best moment had to be when Gon said he could only do it if Killua held the ball. Though those hands are sure messed up. Hisoka's face when he saw Gon's move was great. Looks like we'll get a flashback with Ging next week.

I think it's entirely possible that Bisky could be more nimble than Hisoka (not faster) - smaller, lighter. But I also think she was watching the ball the whole way, while Hisoka pretty much only saw it coming at him after she dodged out of the way.

The thing that puzzles me the most about Bisky is what kind of training had she gone through to preserve her loli figure.

I've always been itching to know what Tsezguerra's hatsu is. His face looks badass, like the stereotypical Satan. All you need are horns and a black cape.

What did they do to the ball that allow it to take that much punishment...

Why didn't Hisoka bungee gum that last ball?

Surely you noticed the ball being surrounded by aura, right?

Actually one of Razor's nen guys caught it before Hisoka, which is why Bisque is out. That's how Hisoka almost got hit because he dodged the first one but couldn't dodge the second chance.

Yeah, Squarecrow pointed that out to me.

The aura powering and strengthening the ball is stronger than the aura the players use to guard.

Which comes back to my original question. What did they do to the ball that made it so tough? Who is able to enchant the ball that much that its defence trumps everyone in the game?

The same people that were able to make Greed Island and all its reality altering cards? I mean, Risky Dice.
