So there I was thinking this was a cute little show about a miko and a bear, when suddenly we got onto the subject of bear shagging...
Hopefully they've got that out of the way now and can move on to the cute fun stuff.

First part = Cute, nice and snoozerviile.
Second part = squirmy and skeevy as heck, but at least mildly interesting.

A dilemma, indeed. Nice OP and ED, anyway.

Hilarious. Both parts. The dry weirdness was there right from the start. Absurdity for the win. Nice work by the unknown (to me) Hioka Natsumi as Machi. Amusing ED.

I had no idea how they were going to spin what sounded like a five-minutes-a-week trifle into a full series. Now I can see the possibility. I'm hoping they can keep up the weirdness. The 24 minutes just flew by, for me.

Definitely not a kids' show, as it might have appeared. Manga is from the seinen magazine Monthly Comic Flapper.

...and laughed my head off.

Though Machi is more than welcomed to switch her humdrum country life (with its beautiful, peaceful, slow-pace living) with my crazy city life. =_=

Pretty funny first episode, the first half was kind of comfy SOL in the boonies with a talking bear. By the second half we got sexual harassment training all of a sudden. Definitely got a bit bestiality near the end a bit.

Oh wow.

They went there!

I was not expecting that!

Really funny, with a nice op and ed, though I wonder if they will be able to sustain the comedic effectiveness?

Anyway, a good premier ep, I thought.

So cute and adorable...!

And there was a bit of cussing and sexual harassment to keep it entertaining, which I liked. It's hard to tell, but her legs were open during the bear-sex imagination scene.

OP was a bit...

But the ED was genuinely cute.

Definitely most promising 1st episodes so far this season... (Which has barely started, but the point is made)

What a nice first episode, loved the OP/ED just perfectly fitting to this theme. Natsu is such a big bro/daddy bear worried for his little sis/daugther friend and Machi is such a country bumpkin she'd die in the city within two days. xD

But that kinda story for 9 year old kids? Damn, I played pokemon at that age, nobody from my village came along to tell me and kids my age naughty sex stories about bears and sacrifice maidens having babies. And then that "do you" question! With that "I'm neutered" reply! Guess the kids really became adults that day confronting with what the real world has to offer in all ways from talking bears to having no more balls. xD

Everything was going by so well with the funny and adorable moments....then it all went to hell with that second half. Oh man, I almost felt uncomfortable. Thank the lord Natsu killed everything when he mentioned he was neutered.

I'm digging it.

Kaori reminds me of Hina from Barakamon, but with more spice. That 'Sexual harassment' and 'Don't touch me" was great, but her different face reactions are the highlight of episode 1 for me.
