I'm not sure you can call any of the Vatlantis characters lesbians. Or straight, for that matter. There's only women, so the idea of a sexual preference wouldn't even be a thing. As far as they're concerned Kizuna is just an oddly built person with a built in dildo.

That and sex is literally only recreational in their world since they use the pillar to reproduce. Which helps explain why they're all so casual about it.

^ Well, but even after Hyakurath and Mercuria got transferred into Ataraxia where they must have gotten into interaction with men, they are still in such relationship. I think it's safe to call them lesbian.

Are all the girls from Kizuna team bisexual? I think every one of them has lezed out at one point on the series so far. Remember Aine and Grace doing it on the Royal chambers? Or that woman I forgot that likes to grab Reiri. Nayuta had a 3 way with her son and daugther, so maybe they kissing while using their mounths on Kizuna?

You can argue that it's not necessarily him they desire but his penis. These girls are not used to the pleasures a man gives them so they are addicted to it. If anything many of the characters are bi.
