Ep.3 was wonderful. I'm starting to have high hopes for this.
Btw, I never listened to the OP that much before, but it's actually pretty catchy too. I already knew the ED was mystifying. Best end theme I've heard this season. I'm impressed; a lot is going right with this anime so far.

Yoshino confirmed to be the voice of reason, while Ushimatsu will be the voice of passion.
The problem that kept her from getting a job (being unable to lie about her feelings) is now one of her trump cards to improving Manoyama.

Yes, it appears Yoshino's weaknesses can become strengths in Manoyama.

This really does have a Shirobako feel.

I thought she sounded like Shirobako's Aoi at times. It's not just the char design, I swear they are trying to clone Aoi here.

No, you're not. I usually don't pay attention to the most mature character in a group, but there's something about her that I find really hot. Not sure what it is yet, though.

If even you say so, then that means my ears are working fine.

To me Yoshino is a mix between Shirobako's Aoi and Hanasaku Iroha's Ohana (I think that was her name...).

Not at all, she's my favourite too

. I mentioned on Reddit how part of that is probably that she remembers me of a character from a visual novel I played (Alma from Va-11 Hall-A, if you're interested), both in looks and her being in an IT job.
