Hey man, You know I always like you stuff. And thats good going with you new style. A little nit pick is that her mouth makes her face look flat, maybe a bit more curve to the edges of her mouth. |

oooh nice sketches! I like the girl especially, she has that semi-dazed, thinking-of-something-far-away look which is cool. the girl's hands look a lil too "skeletal", maybe you can smooth it out. And it'd be cool if you applied color too, but thats up to you, since it is a sketch after all. GJob

Not bad, but I think sometimes it gets a little stiff in some places. I suppose it's part of the style, but the faces are also a little off... how do I say, they're a bit flat.
In the first one she looks a bit like one eye is looking one way and one eye another.... wandering eye sort of syndrome. In this one the stiffish-looking legs work fine because she's young... and it reminds me of the moe-ish style where they draw young girls like that too... the legs at least. In the second, the backhand looks awkward because it looks like it's stretching out too much (or that it's too long). Perhaps if you didn't make it so high up and changed the angle.. Otherwise looks fine. In the third, the lines are pretty nice. Dammit, why don't you have bumpy lines? Whenever I draw ith my tablet, I can't do straight lines, even though I KNOW how to it just won't come out. Maybe it's my tablet?! No, it has to be me... Pretty cool, except you made a (embarrassing? Nah) booboo with "kowai yo" - you mixed up "ne" and "wa" and it reads "konei yo" o.o There shouldn't be a little curl there. UNLESS that's what she says/means, in which case I have just utterly made an ass out of my self (Like my wonderful history teacher says, don't assume - it makes an ass out of you and me (ass u me)!) In the fourth, she looks exactly like that drawing of Ninamori from FLCL in another thread... I suppose its the style? I do enjoy looking at it though, it's calming and reassuring.. not overly cute or unnaturally beautiful, but very pleasant. Still looking good, but now I think the legs are a bit stiff looking. Perhaps because she is an older girl. But that's not really the point, I'm just thinking that exposed thigh next to the panties, it looks a bit flat. Does she not have a butt? Then I'm jealous of her T_T Ask her to take some butt from me!

Wow wao that's a lot of thoughtful C&Cs. Thanks a lot for the reply, I will try to keep those things in mind.
well from the show Yuri (the girl on pic 3) always say she's scare, or kowai yo, or I could have gotten it wrong too.... but she's suppose to say she's scare. |
