Jujutsu Kaisen manga got a domain name registered recently and also an important announcement coming. Likely anime.

Yuuichi Nakamura who also previously voiced Satoru Gojo in the promotional video for the manga, will retain his role in the tv series. Man, am I glad or what. Nakamura was awesome as Gojo in those videos

That was a pretty good start, although fairly standard for a Jump manga. The MC seems like he's going to be likeable. Animation was really good.

I liked the two mains. That matters a lot when watching a show about yokai.

Japan had 1.37 million deaths in 2019, so I guess 10,000 due to curses might be a small enough number to escape notice. Also "being cursed" is usually not a category for causes of death. They could just look like other, probably accidental deaths.

Has a very MAPPA look about it. That's a good thing in my mind.

Oh, and who can resist a story where a giant panda voiced by Seki Tomokazu appears to play an active role?

I also thought it funny that the Wikipedia entry for this show has only one character listed in the category of "Curse Users." What a surprise that the character, Geto Suguru, is voiced by Sakurai Takahiro!

Looking really good so far, but hopefully its not just gonna piggy back on the "everyone wants him dead" idea. If this gets proper plot its gonna be great.

Yep, Yuuji is turning out to be exactly the type of shounen MC I like. Laid back most of the time, but he has firm convictions and he'll fight for them. I thought the scene with the headmaster was really good.

Satoru is cool, too.

I like the grandpa's death gave this episode a bigger impact but I still don't get the lead. I mean I found quite calm but in the ending he is dancing.

Still, no idea what is this series supposed to be like.

That fight was awesomely fluidly animated. I also dig the ED's style. Both elements applied to GoHS would have raised it so much it would have made it amongst the anime of the year.

So far it's one of the better series of the season. Looking forward to more eps, hope the quality keeps up.
