What an amazing ending

Prove once again that a cliche final episode can be amazing if you do it right

The final episode alone is 11/10 for me

You will not find me denying that the show did not have enough runtime. There are definitely elements that needed more time on screen.

Still, it hit all the right beats.

Isami being pathetic a lot of the time... Yeah. Because he is a normal dude who isn't quite as in touch with his heroic inner self. That's the whole juxtaposition of the show.

But yeah not enough runtime. The Deathdrives in particular suffered from that.

The only 'disappointing' part of Deathdrives are Ira and Vita IMO.

Unlike others, it painfully obvious Ira is for Episode 12 (marking timeline change), Vita is for Episode 13 (one episode King of Braves Isami).
Others died fitting their 'deadly sins' name with enough VA references for some; that reminds me, last memorial videos will be Ira and Vita.

So Vita (Life) personality is all Deathdrives combined, sounds unstable.

That "Sayonara, subete no Deathdrives" is from Evangelion, I believe.
Love how JP audience joking she's just a girl who have to deal with aroused Isami for her first time.

Well, managed to find time to watch this series last week and finished today.
There are some aspects I could've done without, but it was nice to see another super robot anime...I'll keep my fingers crossed that more series will follow if this proved to be popular.
