Episode 4 was very funny, and the cat ears are back! Hazuki was very cute in this episode.

So we have another vampire girl, she observed Kouhei and Hazuki and only when Luna's personality kicks in during full moon, she makes her appearence.
dkellis said that sometimes she wears big glasses in manga. In anime she wears both big and small glasses.

I feel that Kouhei is going to have rough time with Luna, she has a dangerous personality, dangerous to others than herself I mean.

Hmm, the cat ears have finally came back and it was so sudden. LOL, funniest scene has to be where Oji-chan gets freaked out by the cat having no bunghole.

I don't think that was Luna. Luna seems to be more dangerous, less forgiving, less fiesty. She ordered Kouhei's death in episode 2 so I don't think it would look good if that was infact Luna that Kouhei threw off him into the wall. Besides, when that neckless came off of Hazuki, she said goodbye to Luna so I think the personality is dormant even on full moons even though she still gets a thirst on full moons

I am glad that ep4 was released in mkv the first time instead of ogm. mkv plays so much better in my opinion. Anyway this is an awesome show and keeps getting better with each episode. I suggest it to anyone who likes comedy.

Is there any special reason your group decide to use the romanization straight off rather than use Heidi?

(There is no special reason other than that the katakana Haiji don't sound like Heidi and I didn't bother to look it up.)

Vigo also mistook Hazuki for Luna at the very beginning. I think there isn't any real difference in appearance between the two until you look really closely or watch her act.

Still, it's better to call Hazuki "Luna" and be yelled at for a bit, than to call Luna "Hazuki" and... bad stuff happens.

You need out of band information to decide those kinds of things.
Japanese has few phonemes so sometimes you cant tell, and its usually safest to stay phonetic, imo.

I think when Hazuki said good bye to Luna, Luna's personality left Hazuki. BUT! I believe it returns on the almighty powerful night of the full moon when she needs blood, but it's still not very powerful, the personality, that is (not her powers o_0).
I'm probably making no sense so I'll be quiet....for now. >

This episode was really cute though....I can't wait to see what other situations occur! ^_^

Sometimes there is a warning message in the beginning of episode that you shouldn't watch TV too close to the screen, and my quess is that they "mistranslated" that on purpose, like in episode 3.
And what they mean? I don't know. Maybe it has something to do with Hazuki being moe~.

I'm planning on doing that with all of them or until I run out of stupid jokes.

For what it's worth, the actual admonition is "When watching Tsukuyomi, turn on your lights and keep a good distance away from the television! ♥" and it was made a requirement for all anime by the Japanese government a while back. (If it was missing from a fansub, it's because they clipped it out or they used a DVD raw.) I think it's because of the Pokemon seizure incident. You might say it's better to leave it untranslated, but it's covering up a sizable part of the screen anyway.

Sometimes the anime itself turns it into a little joke, like with the first episodes of Jubei-chan and School Rumble, but for the most part, every show has the exact same warning, just like most manga have "This story is fiction and not related to any persons or events present or past". It's better to let the fansubbers have their fun with it, I think.
