A 74-year-old Pennsylvania man died this week after a headstone fell on him while he was at a relative’s grave.
Stephen Woytack was decorating his mother-in-law’s grave for Easter on Monday when the stone toppled, reported ABC affiliate WNEP. Woytack’s wife, Lucy, was with him when it fell.

Yeah this happened in Taiwan as well, there was a news article of one case where the driver, either a driving instructor or a off duty policeman, had a dashcam and caught the whole thing. Looked like the lady was trying to flying body slam the car bonnet

Seems most news places are describing it as a Transformer, even though it doesn't have any vehicle parts or anything like that.

it annoys me with critical research failure news writers calling pretty much every robot a "Transformer" despite most predates it like the Tetsujin 28 & Mazinger Z, the last time when the Gundam statue was first revealed, the pop culture crowd couldn't stop laughing at the sheer epic fail of the news articles that called it something else, in one case "it resembles a Voltron" *pickardfaceplam.jpg*
