It really was sad to see a guy like that go down. He hadn't been my favourite character through the series but he really became amazing in this episode. I can't believe Ilya. I mean sure he's an enemy but how can you have so little respect for an honourable opponent that was fighting his best?

I really can't wait for Ilya and Berserker to get theirs. Anyone know if Berserker was actually holding back during that fight? It was mentioned a few times, not sure if was true. Really wish someone had been there to witness what happened (other than us of course )

Berserker was fighting at his best - and why would you think he would hold back in a fight like that? Illya was just saying that because she was shocked Berserker was given that kind of beating.

Yeah. I'm guessing Beserker doesn't hold back very often. Restraint doesn't seem to be his strong suit.

I just thought about it since both Ilya and Archer himself talked about it. Since he said "Go easy on me as much as you want." I prefer to believe he wasn't going easy on him myself. Though I agree restraint doesn't seem to be a strong point in Berserker. I'll go with looking forward to Saber pwning Ilya.

Archer was being sarcastic at Illya's vanity over Heracles, since Illya can't believe that a seemingly unknown 3rd rate Servant is able to push back one of the greatest legends ever.

She, of course, review her point of view after Berserker's ass got spanked a bit.

She really realizes his true power when she got dragged into the Reality Marble. Since RM users are more than rare.
