what do you mean, is there more? Yes, it's an alternate storyline, the various manga and novel people meet with the anime staff in "strategy meetings" to avoid stepping on each other's toes, so don't expect it to necessarily suggest anything about the show.

Alternate reality where Nunnally gets a geass from someone named Nemo as well as a new body when she pilots this special Knightmare and a Geass that lets her read the future. I don't know much more, but what I do would be considered spoilers.

In the episode where Zero made his grand first appearence, he randomly called Jeremiah Orage-kun for no reason at all. The name just stuck.

See episode 5, Lelouch simply said it as an offhand comment. (maybe because Jeremiah's eyes are Orange, doesn't really matter, the initial motivation was excessively random and pointless)

It was mainly to throw people into confusion over the speculation of what orange meant. By episode 10, it's become a nickname for Jeremiah in the general population, and Lelouch uses Orange-kun at that point.
