Any way there's a really something interesting in the author notes of this volume(P.323).

The last sentence is
"But the 'archangels' in the world of this work is not only Misha"

Is this a hint for us to see the other three in actions??
If that's the case then is it possible that the true final boss is the 'God' himself?

Here's what I think will happen at the climax of this arc:

• Some of the events will mirror Vol. 13:
  • Fianma vs Touma -> Kihara Amata vs Accelerator. This means that Touma will be thoroughly defeated up until the very end. Something new regarding IB might be revealed.
  • Index (Was she heading to Russia?) will be rescued, subdued, calmed, or talked out of Johann's Pen by Kazakiri, with the help of Accelerator. They're probably the ones who will break Fianma's Index remote.
• Fianma will be able to make use of IB.
• The Pope will dredge up something from the Old Testament to counter or weaken Fianma.
• Mikoto vs Mugino vs Hamazura. In a nuclear silo. With armed warheads.
• Kazakiri + Pendex + Accelerator + Pope vs Fianma.
• Fianma will vanish (defeat is not necessary). He will probably be back in December 25 as the "Messiah", referring to when he said earlier that his plan will be for everyone's salvation (I think it was mentioned in the early spoilers about Star of Bethlehem. Clarifications on this?).
• Mikoto will be the one to rescue Touma from Fianma's fortress, probably by riding and guiding a disarmed nuclear missile.

I wonder how they'll deal with Michael. Fianma who controls a portion of his power is already stupidly strong. The real thing is only to be even more of a hax.

He is manipulating Fuse=Kazakiri's wings to attack Gabriel.
Sweep's full name is Shinriku. The rain of fire that destroyed the city of Gomorrah and Sodom. Gabriel can freely reenact that divine retribution however she likes during the night. Though, due to she is incompletely summoned, there is charge time for each casting.

Kremlin Report is different from the goat skin. The report is the instruction manual to activate some killer viral weapon. The goat skin the the document with all the angelic information that Fianma wants.
Fianma needs that document to return the balance of the four elements back to normal. And in normal state, four elements are naturally connected, manipulating one element can influence other three. In other word, even if you can control only one element, you can still indirectly manipulate other three. Using this technique, Fianma is manage to control all four elements after he return the elemental balance to normal. Fianma can even use this technique to cast normal magic.

If the remote control is destroyed Index will be free, but Touma will be screwed for sure, making the heroic last move to destroy that artefact.
If there is a chance Index arrives in time before Touma gets kidnapped(if Fiamma wants him at least Touma should be alive) with the Pope help there is a little chance to defeat Fiamma.

No, Index is still in Britain, fighting Styil. She can't speak angelics either.
On the other hand, Accelerator can now understand the angelic pretty well. He is getting less and less human after each volume.
Also, Index is in John's Pen mode because of Fianma's commend. Destroying the remote control would just return her to normal. Worse, Rosa is going to be the only person who has the remote control after the one Fianma has got destroyed. Now thing good can come out of this knowing how creepy Rosa is.

Astral in Hand is an ability that can control any celestial bodies. Not just Earth, all stars can be manipulated by that spell. The manipulation is not limited to stoping the rotation either, it can change star's position and direction as well.

when did Accelerator get goat skin? In the early part of vol 21. The one he wants to decipher with. is that the kremlin report or the goat skin? The one he wants to decipher is magic base parchment so I think that's the goat skin but ... I'm just confused.

Accelerator is monster to begin. Now that his stupid ideals of the world is shattered by touma his trying to be a divine being... oh great
while his becoming more and more stronger we still got a NORMAL hero.

uh-oh...i find it pretty underwhelming though for one of the 4 archangels to not utterly curb stomp kazakiri and accelerator...i thought the battle would have been far more one sided, with kazakiri and accel desperately trying just to survive, until touma and acqua's intervention...

Accelerator already got the goat skin back on volume 20. He was trying to decipher it in volume 21. He has nothing to do with the Kremlin Report.

kazakiri is still an artificial angel and the trump card of academy city and as for accelerator if he did manage to decipher the goat skin before the battle then he should probably know how to deal with archangel gabriel. Plus the archangel is not in full strength and been restrained by this world plus it's not fully summoned. Their are many many factor making the archangel weaker than it should be. Just looking at it's spell that needed casting time and cool down that makes it tons of restrains.

Gabriel was not at full power and even with Accelerator and Hyouka, the two strongest beings in Academy City, attacking it and Touma and Aqua destroying it's form and sucking it's power, they still just barely managed to beat it. :/

Since Sasha was used to summon Misha/Gabriel, Touma figured that Sasha is needed in order to maintain Misha's existence. He thought it would be something like the soul leaving the body (not quite sure how to explain 幽体離脱 in English), and that touching Sasha would affect Misha. So doing everything he could to stop Misha, he went ahead and touched Sasha's cheeks, head, shoulder, armpits, belly and thighs to see if it works.

Sasha is still with Touma.

She's still with Touma. It seems that she took a bit of a fall, but that's most likely not a problem.

As shmaster said already, Accelerator has nothing to do with the Kremlin Report. He never had it. The Kremlin Report is just a defense manual, saying that in the event of the nuclear missile silos and launch facilities being captured or in danger of being captured, a bacterial weapon should be released to kill everyone (friend or foe) in those facilities and surrounding areas. It's not the same thing as the goat skin document that Accelerator has.
