The charm of this manga is mystery events and people at the school. Initially, they have the negative impression about Yuuko. Due to the boy's effort, they changed their views about Yuuko. The students at Yuko's school are likable people. According to the author's epilogue, the story is serialized for 4 and half years. However, the actual running time is 5 and half years.

It's nice to see the happy story in Ch 45. They are happy to at the school, becuase they sit next to each other. Maybe I read too many manga regarding the unrequisited love.
The story is still sad. Yuuko is not reborn as a person. So, everyone else can befriends her.

I'm sorry, it's nice that Yuuko is back but.. it kind of negates so much. Oh well. It was a darn good ride and the art is wonderful, so yeah.

yay!! clap clap clap. read the whole thing in about 2 days. the part with the sacrifice was so much darker than how they did it in the show. there's nothing wrong with how they ended it. ghosts exist when they're tied to something in the physical world. she's now tied to Niiya. its basic and easy, but it works.

one thing the anime did better though, was the scene where she disappears. the combination of visuals, music, and voice acting slayed me.

Looks like this series can have a sequel if the editor in chief wants to.
I mean, this is Gangan Joker's most popular series, right?

And besides, I was hoping for more mysteries with Yuuko-san and Teiichi.

You are joking, right?

- The issue of the Yuuko's memories was solved, and her "wish" was granted.
- The 7 mysteries got solved.
- No doubt about Yuuko & Teichi being together.

The reason of why the ending feels so "duh", is because the climax of the story happened way before the ending; thus there it was no choice other than a "life goes on" ending (which doesn't tells us how Teichi's & Yuuko's future is going to be, but that happens all the time, I guess).

The tankoubon is probably gonna have a couple of extra pages, but nothing that revolutionates the universe.

Also, I still stand that I would have liked for Teichi's mom & dad to see Yuuko, that way she would have gained a whole family, rather than just a lover

... Furthermore, it would have been interesting for them to explain to the in-laws why Yuuko looks still young after 15 years or so
