I'm somehow okay with the recent turn of events. Ruri's open mindness in that matter suits her well, given how she enjoys stories with deep and obscure plots and how she is capable of producing complex literary works. Maybe she is succeeding so far in making her life similar to that of Masquerade or other of her favorite animes?
As a side note, looks like Saori is joining Manami in her solitary corner....... well it was kinda obvious from the beggining but still........ unless she would be the next cliffhanger in the next volume (the third one's the charm? lol)).
Now the wait of the new psp game has become even more painful.

I think i'll still hold the KN faction banner. I do believe (or want to believe) she is just trolling Ayase since from conversation sparks are flying in there i infer. I don't think she is actually that open-minded or just giving up.

I think she is just competing like that time (this is from the anime, episode 11, not sure if this actually happen in the novel) she started that fight with Kirino after he said Kirino has never called him Onii-chan or anything alike and she starts sexily with the "nii-san" routine just to make Kirino angry. Again this is from the anime, i don't know if this actually happened in the novel.

The KN banner still flies high. =)

That could have been a spur of the moment but she is definitely up to something, otherwise it would conflict with how her character has developed so far. But still, I gotta give her some points for making things interesting/complicated for the Kousaka siblings ever since they met her.

With the girl he always had a crush for and wanted to marry confessing to him, I'm starting to doubt Kyousuke will stay true to his word on not dating other girls for Kirino's sake

This development does remind me a lot of the end of volume 7. Maybe Ayase will end up being another sacrifice to strengthen the Kyousuke-Kirino bond. Then again, Tsukasa Fushimi is an unpredictable bastard, so I wouldn't rule out the possibility of it ending just like Ayase's route in the PSP game.

If only these volumes didn't take so goddamn long to come out...

Now, if my Ayase is hurt at the end... well, I don't know what I'd do, but I'm going to thing about.

Ok, so from pics can be infered that:

1.- For some unknown reason Ayase takes a shower in Kyou's apartment and Tamaki chatches that awkward "coming out of shower" moment.

2.- Some unkown sentimental develpment pushes Ayase to tears (might the confession thing).

3.- Kanako shows up with a Lolicon game/anime shows/gives to Kyo.

4.- Kyo and Saori(?)-ojou-sama mode going out?, not like dating, just going out somewhere.

Can't infer more.
