Spoiler for Game End (just in case):

*Ahem* squealing aside..
Faldio had a great redemption at the end, and I certainly like him more in the Game then the Anime so far in terms of his retribution. I mean in the Anime he is desperate and somewhat feels whishy washey in his resolve. While the Game he is hell bent on power vs power and realizes at the end he is wrong.

Although I don't remember if Isara's dream was ever shown so I wonder how they get out of the fix at the destruction of the Marmota.

Well since the Marmota has a silencer system that enables it to stealthily move a few hundred tons of screaming metal across an entire country without being noticed, I'm guessing it'll have helicopters for an easy get away!

Don't see how they'll manage to do it given the propensity to go on and on and on about tangental things, but here's hoping.
I hope they spend at least half an ep on the epilogue! A mere 1 minute 'they lived happily ever after' won't do it for me.

It's an anime; of course the ending'll suck. You'll have to wait for some DVD release which has an after story episode detailing what specific characters did...

Maybe if we are lucky they'll do an OAV in a year or so. Or a move and get a real director this time. Oh, and something resembling a budget would be nice.

Sorta like Hellsing OAV vs TV series.

If VC gets the Hellsing OVA treatment, I'll be sure to buy it.

There won't be anything else to animate at this rate. They'll just have to use material from the second game.

Oh and if this happens, new script writers pretty please.

I still vote for the Kanon treatment.

Total remake with less suck in a few years time please.

QFT.

Particularly if we get KyoAni in four years.

See that wouldn't work for me, because i prefer the original Kanon series.

Give it the Hellsing OVA treatment. They are out there somewhere, but so far, I have yet to see a Hellsing fan who didn't love the OVA compared with the TV anime.

Remember: The Hellsing OVA started from the beginning. So yeah, the fans will see some parts again. But better animation helps.

Blasphemy!

Well I didn't like Kanon or Kanon 2006 at all so I can't really praise it... But I thought the remake was a bit better.

Bring on the true game anime adaption!

Maybe they'll do better in VC2, if they adapt that one.

But honestly, I still like how they've done the VC anime. The important thing is that it entertained me.

I'm not certain you can use that as a measure of the success of the anime given that I and many others were also entertained by the anime, except that it was for what can be considered to be all the wrong reasons.

They need to bring Shouji Gatou of Full Metal Panic fame into this.

After what happened to Phantom's ending, I hope the director of this anime won't pull the same thing on us here.
