They selected Asia and Kiba becouse they also in DxD novel and one of the precious members of ORC. Issei is not only character in that novel.

That why i have no argument against Kiba but i think he should be president and not asia

Please don't confuse ORC to Rias' peerage. And also if something wrong happens just like in Volume 14, Issei and the others will be in command since they are the ones fighting in the front lines and has more battle experience than Asia.

Being the ORC president doesn't make her the leader of the whole group or should act like a King. She will just be the president of the club and will act like the other normal club presidents.

Club Negotiations and the risk of Asia being tricked? That's why Kiba is the Vice-President. And you think Issei will be a better choice than her when club negotiation is concerned? Issei's reputation is the lowest in the ORC and we all know that reputation is a vital thing for any negotiation, whether it's just for clubs or for major activities.

Issei is also susceptible to being tricked. If Asia has her naivety, Issei has his pervertedness.

No it is a great opportunity for her. She always lack her cold blooded side. So far basicly she cried, healed people,then cried more,then healed people while crying. So this being a president of ORC thing might help her to resolve and develop herself.

But you can say tat it would be big risk, because if she would have collapsed from pressure as leader in battle it could have kill everyone. And until now she wasn´t able take initiative. it is as you write she heals, cries and copying Rias when she sees her flirt with isei.

So Rossweisse takes the spotlight of this volume by asking Issei to become her boyfriend. No surprise there since she is on the cover so I figured she would be the star. I thought she acted kinda like a kid this volume though. Well, she got her date alright and that's no surprise either, or at least it shouldn't be.

She looked good I according to Issei's impressions. And boy did he have fun in the bath. I bet it was probably misinformation about the girl's dorm but whatever. I was expecting a cheek kiss at least though in this volume. The action was okay I guess. 200-yen store next time~

So i have just ended reading the ln 17, i have a question on my mind, since koneko sealed grendel in a jewel of issei, maybe if they put some more seals in it, and by the magic of being a mc, he could interact with the soul of grendel and kinda use his power as booster, but in a kinda insane way like a creepy aura/energy?

Maybe they could, but it was stated that Grendel will be sealed even further so it can't escape, and I hope it doesn't happens at all, having the power of 2 legendary dragons without knowing how to use them is more than enough for a Main Character.

for me, "penetrate" skill is like "pierce" skill on the megami tensei game series
it could break through Rizevim "Nullify" Ability

It occurs to me that this penetrate ability probably would have been useful against Grendel as it pierces all defense.

If it allows him to see through clothes then it would probably allow him to penetrate scales as well.

Edit: And probably Ladon as well, he could probably penetrate the barriers he created.

^ Issei could penetrate Ladon barrier with his attack, but the barrier will regenerate if it break.
and i guess penetrate would do the same against ladon barrier

Most in DxD world would probably say not possible because it would be too much on Ise. I think Ise could make it happen thought I'd prefer he didn't. He has three dragons with him that's more than enough power. I'd prefer him pulling out and using more of Great Red's and Ophis's powers than they even thought possible. Maybe be able to make snakes himself.
