I think it's pretty obvious that Yasuke's sister finds the situation VERY amusing. She's got a front-row seat to a romcom after all, and if anything happens, she can just foist the costs on him again anyway...

The sister seems intent on milking as much enjoyment as she can out of this, and I can see her continuing to do so even if Yasuke finally picks a girl (Akari and Orihime are in the lead for this) he wants to be with.

I have high tolerance to "filler" chapters, but get one in manga with monthly release is obviously more painful. I don't think it was particulary interesting either.

She spent the past several months living in close contact with Orihime, the living incarnation of DAWWWW. She is no more capable of (purposefully) making Orihime unhappy than Yasuke is.
