Is the series really ending in two episodes? This episode didn't give me a finale sensation.

honestly, it seems it's going to end just as it starts

In a better world, we would get Valvrave The Conquerer / S3 next year, but oh well

A season 3 may still be happening. Wasn't S2 announced shortly before episode 11? It just all depends on if this is truly the end.

Valvrave The Conqueror
Valvrave The Liberator: Re-liberated
Valvrave The Savior
Valvrave The Liberator: Reloaded
Valvrave The Liberator: Revengeance
Valvrave The Liberator: Liberation Tendency
Valvrave The Liberator: Rebellion

No, a season split was announced before the series aired.

Season 3 seems likely. I think the best that can be done at this point is to defeat Cains but to defeat all 101 magius as well seems impossible. I think the next episode and the following will be them regrouping and searching for allies. They're taking on the 2 strongest world powers. Even if they take out the leaders they are unlikely to defeat both armies and possibly them outing the existence of the council of 101 to the world. Then next season will be a full on revolution against the world.

Ohhh, ok. I guess it comes down to if Sunrise feels that fan response has been strong enough to green light another season. From what I've heard sales aren't that strong.

He was joking and chuckling in A-drei's flashback too and the one where he's with them without killing F-6. Maybe the failed escape thing with Lieselotte three years ago made him more serious and depressed.

Finally a decent episode after a while.......

PS: This is not going to get another season. It was officially announced that VVV will be a 2-C anime which will be aired as two separate seasons.

The tagline should be "Cause they didn't liberate hard enough."

FIXED.

I think Tamako Market has even poorer sales than VVV yet managed to get a 2nd season, I don't see why a 3rd VVV season is impossible.

Hard to tell. Their plans may have changed at some point and they had to add another cour in. Don't trust anything before a series even airs to be completely accurate.

Oh God, then Rebellion would be a good subtitle for the next season. It all turns out that Saki is obsessed with wanting Haruto that she rebels and becomes the Magius Empress.

All hail Saki ru Dorssia!

Sidenote: I haven't seen Rebellion yet, but I have seen the spoilers. Can't really pass judgement without watching it yet.

Finale flags were raised in this episode. And no, people don't just go contradict their official announcements, professional companies don't add things up midway on whims, so I would rather believe those statements.
