Million Liddell-Hart was the Alliance general that screwed up the Marius plant battle, so Treize's group had to come in and clean up after him in AC 186 Summer (if I'm not mistaken).

Yeah I forgot that name

Edit: Hilariously, apparently Howard's first name is Mike? 0_o;

Perhaps the meaning of existence lies within their will to fight.
People feel a sense of accomplishment through battle.
And it’s also a fact that the ones actually fighting are never perceived as being tainted.

Yet more wonderful switcheroos: The coverflaps have the authors name as "Sumisawa" yet in Gundam Ace they say "Sumizawa". How the frak do you spell his name?! :/

Apparently Kadokawa doesn't have the cash for a typeset editor? Yeesh.

Well, Gundam Ace has always been inaccurate for a bunch of various English names over the years... I'll take their interpretation with a grain of salt I guess. :P

In other news, I've shopped our cover versions and put them up on my blog. I still can't craft a good 'preview hook' for the back cover though. :/ Fail.

Ooo. Lookin' good! Are you releasing it in 2 volumes then, like the tankobons? Or just gonna put it together in one?

No, I'm going to do it separately (two volumes). I have to see if allison can take a couple of pictures for me from the volume so I can see how it looks division wise... then there's the dreaded atogaki (afterword) from Sumisawa in the first volume. Guh...

There's the wiki and there's Deacon's blurb. That's it.

Was he the general the Peacemillion was named after?

Mike Howard...

I got a subscription through Fujisan.com But I also live nearby a Mitsuwa (well, not near, but it's within commuting distance from me), so I can get them that way too. I just never have time to get down there and they mark the prices up like crazy >.>

Considering buying, Allison? Always good to have multiple people to scan.

@Deacon The afterword is exclusive to the tankoubon or was that the interview we got with the prologue?

Just got my Ace.

This month's GotD..or L, whatever, is Quatre and Trowa's teamup vs OZ up to the point where they attack one another (but before the WE SHOULDN'T BE FIGHTING AT ALL~ part). The cover is Quatre and Trowa.
Other features are a giveaway of a 1/100 MG Wing Zero Custom with custom chibi Heero wing art by Ogasawara, and a feature on Ogasawara's artworks for Glory with a couple ones that look new (plus a larger sized version of the Glory tankobon cover art and the illustration on the inside of the book's sleeve).
There's also a spread with the model details of the new MG Epyon Ka model, but it's not yet colored, just the base sculpt, along with Shenlong Ka.

Jr. has really girly nails on the FT cover XD And Hilde is a fox. Now that I can see the FT illust's better, Father is sitting on the futon next to Jr. in the Santa coat blanket illust. It looks like he still has something similar to his EW getup....... And Zechs' arm is just bizarre in the pic of him and Naina LOL

Quick perusal of rankings shows Heero stays at #4 and Relena at #13. Wing ZERO is down to 9 from 7. Deathscythe Hell is at 12 and something else ranked 19 hurrdurr Wing gundam ranked 19th.

I'll take pics when I get home from groceries!

Well I was just buying them at the store in Japan, but I'm back stateside now. Hopefully I'll get back there in a few months. But who knows. Need another source in the meantime.

Okay, yeah I ended up going through Fujisan.com...hopefully it comes through okay at the end of this month. If not, I guess I'll just have to have a used copy sent to my husband's apartment and he can ship it home from there. I'm sure that would make him happy

Man I really wish they had Japanese bookstores here. I hate this place.

@Allison That's understandable.

Hm...looks like GotD is midway through Episode 3. How many months has it been since Chapter 1? Damn, they're really milking it for as much cash as they can. :/

On a side note, I recently re-read Tokita's manga version of EW. Tallgeese III apparently has a code name: Tomboy. Wonder if they'll use that here.

How I wish I could get my hands on that...
And wow, didn't know the Tallgeese was female. xD Truly an odd choice for a name. I think I prefer miracle maker (or something like that).
