Er...elaborate, please, on these 'unanswered questions'?

C.C.'s name wasn't important at all, mind.

No, C.C.'s real name was never of any significance to the plot. It served no purpose to furthering the story. As a romantic subplot, yes, it would've been important, but Code Geass does not concern itself with romance in the long run.

Uh, well, the only unanswered 'question' I can recall is the origins of Geass. Other than that (and the unimportance of C.C.'s name), there was...nothing.

Leave her name a secret. If it was revealed , then Lelouch isn't the only who knows.
ONLY LELOUCH KNOWS!

I don't think so.

But then he probably realized that he was nothing more than a puppet governer and, finally, stopped caring.
He certainly didn't change from "too kind to rule" to "heartless, narcissistic bastard" over night.
And of course he didn't want to be disinherited. What would he have done?
Sure, what he did was horrible and cruel, but he wasn't beyond redemption. He truly loved his younger brother (errr, don't get me wrong, I mean that in a platonic way), and I think Lelouch could have easily made him realize his mistakes.

And in the end he had royal funeral.
Oh yeah, I'm sure he would have been thrilled... had he been there to see it.
And if his father had kept his mouth shut.

All Euphemia wanted was a better life for Japanese and a safe place for Lelouch and Nunnaly.
Clovis would have easily agreed with the last part.

In the end Lelouch is dead, Suzaku figuratively dead, lots of Japanese dead, Schneizel brainwashed, Euphemia is dead and will ever be loathed as Massacre Princess.
And Euphemia will never know.
Ignorance is bliss.

It's been confirmed by Okouchi and official supplementary material that Lelouch is dead. And the official site, too. And all of the staff. So much for Taniguchi's 'ambiguity'.

the ambiguity he is refering to is if Lelouch got a good or bad ending.
not if lelouch is dead or alive.
At least that's what i got out of it

Indeed.

What was left up to the viewers apparently was whether Lelouch got a happy ending or not.

This is sunrise we talk about.
So he is not dead.
You should stop being sheep's who follow every world given by your guard dog.
The series have done a lot of fanservice, so we as fans should stay by our words.

I agree with that.
The ending looks open to me, so it is open.
That's how I see it.

The story of Lelouch is finished, but since Geass has not been eradicated (C.C) there is always the opportunity to create a new story with new characters.

Uh, yeah, official words from official sources trump petty, pathetic little fan statements. And contrary to past series (namely Mai-Otome and Mai-HiME, and the ending of the latter was actually excuseable because the anime was made before the manga), Sunrise can kill people. Its directors can kill people in their series. Look at Tokyo. Euphie, Clovis, Charles, Marianne, Lelouch, countless others.

Look who's bleating, hm?

*sigh*
I really don't see the point in arguing about this.
Let's talk about something less hostile and more intersting.
Like... uhm... Clovis!
I'm sure Clovis would have had an awesome expression when Lelouch died... if he was still alive, that is.

At least Lelouch is happy at the end result. That is a good ending to him.
