Watched episode 12:

One of the best possible endings.

Yusha no longer has the responsibility of slaying demon lord. Mao no longer has to destroy the island, and can live in peace now with the maid.

The mystery about chibi-chan still unsolved. Brings me back to the episode where they want to make chibi the leader of the party. Funny when he was trying to stand on two legs. xD

You know something that occurred to me that I really liked about this series that we don't see enough of in anime these days but I couldn't bring it to words until now.

It had an actual ending. Not a vague "and the adventure continues" or just no conclusion at all. It felt like we had an actual firm finale.

Endro music cd that I ordered from japan arrived today.

Music is crisp and clear to the ears. Yusha and friends have cute voices.

The CD has a nice cover

. Can also agree on the voice work. They did a good job on the OP/ED for the season.

I also agree that a great quality to this show is that it just ended properly. It doesn't need additional seasons or leave a ton of threads for a sequel. It just went out and told the story it wanted to tell. That it was a pretty nice story didn't hurt anything.

Thanks. The cd just has two songs. The full opening theme and Happy Dougo~, the other two tracks are instrumental version of the first two.

Well, the anime ended nicely... but I would not be complaining if they give us a special episode showing how Chibi found the group. miiiih!

Little do the girls know that Chibi is actually an intellectual with quite the vast vocabulary. Pretending not being able to talk is convenient to avoid answering questions about itself.

There's actually a rather clever and enjoyable theme in Endro!: "there's always a third option". This really helps to emphasise the positive parts of their world (and by extension, ours), that I really liked. As for the music, I think the soundtrack will probably be released as a part of the BDs – I've not been able to find anything about an album.
