More or less so. Some things still haven't been confirmed by the translated manga. And it should be noted that when the Spartan encountered the SSA troops lead by Claudia, they were still technically ally to the Federation.

On another note, do you know one of the biggest things that we didn't get in this anime-adaptation of Thunderbolt manga? It's Bianca's singing voice in a jazz concert inside the Spartan which is described as very sweet in the manga. I guess they just don't have the time for it since they also need to give screentime to Daryl and his team.
