What a nice music (what's the title of the music being played?) its kinda fitting on the graduation day episode. It feels like the same yet an impending dam of emotions is waiting to be release. Hiro ... Sae ..... you girls will be missed.

I just know this is going to hit me just as hard as saying goodbye to Aria did. The last season was already pretty strong with the constant hinting towards this inevitability. Damn it, I'm getting misty eyed just thinking about it. It's like the last episodes of K-On all over again.

For option 2, remember that Hidamari Sketch is supposed to be Yuno's story. Hence, I expect that the manga will continue even after Hiro and Sae's graduation, with the void left of those two likely being replaced by: 1. Two new residents of the Hidamari Apartments; 2. Mami and Nakayama AKA Yuno and Miyako's fellow classmates. At the same time, given the amount of manga stories that Shinbo skipped over in the most recent season (a couple of which are hinted at in the OP), something tells me that we wants to wrap things up and is using Hiro and Sae's graduation as the means to do so (although it does appear it's based on actual manga chapters). One thing's for sure, Shinbo better not botch this graduation like he did with the "Negima! Final" movie (although part of it was Ken Akamatsu's fault as well).

I'm hoping that the reason so many chapters were skipped this season is so that if a fifth season is made they'll still be able to include Hiro and Sae by doing the stories out of order. Besides, it wouldn't be up to Shinbo on whether or not to end the anime. That would be up to Aniplex, right?

^ It is up to Hobunsha, the publisher of the manga, firstly. And then it is up to the production committee, which is Aniplex and Shaft is a part of, if they want to continue to invest without Hobunsha which is difficult because the committee would buy Hobunsha's rights that costs a lot.

What about the K-On! spin-off manga that focused on Azusa's last year in high school?

Okay, some of you might know this already but Yuko Goto was sorta kinda sick before Honeycomb aired. She was able to voice her character as you know but it turns out that she was actually pretty sick during the whole time too.
>Right now, Hidamari Sketch x Honeycomb went on air. >http://www.tbs.co.jp/anime/hidamari/ >Did you notice it? >I was playing Hiro. >I could come back to Hidamari apartments. >I'm so glad. >Everyone's waiting until the last possible moment for me that I was told I won't work as usual this year. >Two of my managers carried me to the studio. >All of the studio's staff contacting with me put masks to prevent infection. >I got each "welcome back" from all of the cast of Hidamari. >Ume sensei was waiting at the studio, and said me "welcome back." >When I first said "I'm home," I was tearing. >I knew it, I always knew it, >it's really warm. This was a translation of one of her blog posts. It seems that up till last month she was still sick. |
