well, this is definitely an optimistic way of seeing things, I respect that. Although my problem is: "second arc followed...........". But this has been discussed a lot here, so what the hell.

Ha I like to be optimistic. I understand why someone might dislike it, but the aid of Touma only adds an extra dimension for her character to me and how he's not completely ignored in the toaru spin-off.

At the same time, I'm easy to please, so.

On Dolly... Maybe she is the Will of the network?

How can he be "ignored" being a big character from the main series?

I disagree, I would believe that the day this happens with other characters besides Touma. You know, so far she refuses any help but is the first person to stick her nose into other's problems.

In her defense, anytime she actually needs help whoever ends up helping her gets F'ed up. See Kongou in this arc, Touma in pretty much every arc, and Kuroko when she tried to retrieve Remnant.

Kongo and Kuroko were involved yeah, but Mikoto never told them anything nor asked for their help. Same for Touma, in the Sister arc he did because he had the information and forced his way, and even with that she almost killed him to not involve him more, that's why he arrived all batterd to the battle against Accelerator...

Sometimes when you have a spin-off, the main cast rarely appears. Be it sequel or prequel. Sure it's only Touma, but at least he's involved.

Everyone played a part in Railgun's Daihaiseisai though.

He comes across as the comic relief idiot of justice who never gets the girl, though. So that fits his archetype.

When it gets serious, she is able to see that though and that is what she likes about him. ie latest chapter of Railgun.
