So how long will it take Legendary to make a crossover between Pacifim Rim and Godzilla? They could fit both of them into the same universe.

i think its better use the piloted mech characters as the makeshift Jaegers in the likes of M.O.G.U.E.R.A. & Kiryu, cuz Jaguar is a rejected Ultraman sidekick..........

Folded cranes in the trailer remind me of some of the flying effects shots from the 1960s.

I like, didn't even look at the poster to refresh my memory when I made that post, so I am indeed silly.

Godzilla's bio, taken from the box of one of the toys. Spoilers ahead, be advised.

It looks pretty cool, but maybe it's not the case in person from the picture it looks plainly coloured all black which to me just doesn't really work in this case.

On the other hand, I do like Godzilla's new structural design. The face has a lot of '98 to it, but from the one shot in the trailer it looks like his skull is narrow to give forward facing vision.

I liked (God)Zilla's (1998) design, to bad he wasn't "Godzilla"

His son though, goddamn is this guy awesome, even has atomic breath.

Hrm...new trailer is too fast paced. The previous trailers gave the impression the movie is going to be slow and punishing. Like a serious Godzilla movie should be.

I think Toho only gave Legendary the rights to use Godzilla. If that's a monster, it's most likely one of the MUTO originals made for the film.

The suppose image of Muto didn't seem like a flyer.

MUTO reminds me of the word mutation, so I don't think it'd be that far off to propose these MUTO creatures can take multiple forms.

If you're talking about the image of a caterpillar Muto, that's yet another monster. The flying Muto has already been seen in toy promotions:

Spoiler for Muto:
