Sorry I found out I was asking about the wrong thing. I was actually asking about the templates. However, one problem came up: When I use the templates, there are some gaps and boxes that I want it to be "transparent" like :

How do I "make" it "transparent"?

Here are some of the simpler ways.

Open your image in PhotoShop.

Posibility 1 : Use one of the Eraser tools.

Make sure your image is selected otherwise you might get an error ... now use either the normal Eraser tool. The Eraser tool is next to the Clone Stamp tool.

Here's sceeny :

Spoiler for Basic Eraser tool explanation:

Posibility 2 :

Use the magic eraser tool... same as eraser tool only its more like the fill tool.

Spoiler for Screeny:

Posibility 3 :

Use a Layer Mask... it will make everything exept the selected area transparent... this is the most probabel method used to create that template that you posted.

Just select an area and then add the layer mask.

Spoiler for Screeny:

To make a more complex selection see the tutorial above... try doing a 1px stroke, so that the image will look nicer (the one you posted probably has one)

Spoiler for Screeny : Complex Selection Result:

I'm gonna expand on what BlackCatXIII has said.
Basically for a gif, the less movement or changes between frames there are, the smaller the filesize.

For example, look at this gif:

Not much movement, yes?
So the filesize should be small... woah ! 62 KB?
But only the eyes and mouth are moving!

...Or is it?
Upon closer inspection you will realise that the background isn't consistant.
This is very common when making gifs from anime footages. (esp. fansubs, as the videos are compresssed)
The variance in the background contributes to the filesize.

So let's get started on reducing the size!
Spoiler:

The trick is knowing which parts of the gifs you want to be moving and which parts to be static.
In this case, we only want the eyes and mouth to move, everything else should stay static.
So, we select the eyes and mouth, and delete the rest of the background EXCEPT for the first frame.
We need the first frame as the reference for the background.
Spoiler:

Finally, just make the first frame show up for the rest of the frames.
Spoiler:

Walla~

36 KB!
Thats better.

Till next time, folks.

Oh, and don't forget to worship the impish, but adorable Hagino Kana!
Or she'll throw another tantrum.

How can you make a crop-size sig? You know, like you just made a sig by cropping the image but not changing the overall designs (except maybe putting texts in it)? I think, what Chibidusk did for me before.

Use the crop tool?

Image -> Crop

-OR-

Press C for Crop tool.. its located next to brush tool in the toolbox

You have to make a selection first o_o if you are using the [Image -> Crop]

You should know that your size exedes AS limits (100X100 MAX... your's is 150x100)

To decrese it's size try cuting frames... I know it sounds bad but there are frames that are very obscure (especialy with the timing you have)... basicly your first 3 will only be noticed if someone opens the file... anyway here are some variations on your avatar...

With some frames removed and some tweqing here and there...

... 12 frames

... 10 frames

Both are AS friendly...

//edit Try cuting frames from two and two (uhh... as in 1,4,6,8 an so on... it tends to leave general animation intact)
// Also, note that I goofed up a little on the first

Also... this is just my personal opinion... but it's not a good idea to place such a huge delay in frames... people don't have minutes to just stare at your avatar (some people will ignore it)

Note that using the tutorials obove will help you turn even a 300k monsters into a 50k friendlys... but quality will always suffer... it's better not to optimize ... if posible... or optimize for those last 10k or so...

You could add a border to reduce the size and shave some kilo, just remember to use a color already present or you will end up ading kilos... black is usually safe

Wow thx... But question is not only to make it lighter..
I just learn how touse Eraser... but it's very dificult.. to erase Screen #2 and trying to draw Screen #1 in u mind...
Is there a way to Combine 2 images.. or maybe some tool wich can help u Erase thing that we don't need in image 2 3 4 etc.
Like Delete all Dots that didn't change in thous to screens 1 and 2

It's realy hard just erase useing eyes and memory (in last think i'm realy bad )

All the dots that aren't moving are standing still... erasing them from the rest of the img and keeping them in the first won't make any difrence... I suspect your refering to Riker's tutorial... I think there's too mutch muvement here to erase anything... also that's not how Riker did it... I can say exactly how he did it but one way is to make a selection then place all the frames in a group then make a layer mask and all the parts that aren't in the selection will be "erased" (not really, but it's the same efect)... try using transparenty in the layers.

//edit I don't think there is a option to delete the dots that aren't muving, use the magic eraser tool for easy deletions of parts you think aren't muving.

Why do you want to combine images ?

Lightbulb Signature Size Limit.

Ok, this isn't exactly a tutorial but at least future makers will be able to read it.

AnimeSuki-Rules
> "50,000 bytes or less: Maximum of 500 pixels wide x 160 pixels tall"

The problem
The thing is this...

When you make a Signature make sure you look at the size in bytes instead of kilobytes because AnimeSuki rules state that total size of your Signature must be 50,000 bytes NOT 50Kb

1kb = 1000 bytes
1Kb = 1024 bytes (note the capital "K" in "Kb")
1kib = 1024 bytes (read: "kibibyte")

More Info in the Wiki Article.

So it's theoretically possible to have a sig that's 50k yet larger then 50,000 bytes. Bellow is an example.

Mistake Example
A sig of 2 images...

This is 49.2 Kb which is 50,473 bytes... hence it's OVER THE LIMIT

To clarify, here's a quote from one of the administrators.

What's causing this?
Spoiler:

The part I'm specifically interested in is the granulation of the ceiling, blackboard, etc where it says School Rumble. I've tried tweaking the color settings, cutting down (and off) the lossy. None of it seems to make any difference. I'm assuming it's partially caused because this was originally a 640x480 frame, but is there something I can do to correct it or am I just going to have to live with it?

^ You dropped the color... to 64 colors o_O

Here's some question before I can figure out what happened?
1) Do you make it from the actual screencaps? or edit from a ready made gif?
2) How did you save the gif? Save for web option?
3) what option do you used?

Haruhi's pretty popular in this page O_O

Nyah~ Word on Photoshop.

Spoiler:

Oh and make sure your text layer is above the background otherwise you'll be all 'Where's my text?!' ... I have bad days sometimes.

Edit: Make sure your text box is big enough if your text is vanishing into thing air, it doesn't auto expand. At least...I don't believe it does in PS7.
