Oh, and is there a possibility that Febli is a clone of Mugino, considering the antagonism towards Mikoto?

None. We already have a depiction of loli Mugino and she looks nothing like this.

But even without that, I really doubt Febri is anyone's clone. Clones here (and in general in fiction) tend to have an unmistakable resemblance to their originals.

Strange that Mikoto is the only one not smiling for joy, even those she's a huge Gekota fan. I wonder if she has some idea of who's inside the costume and that disturbs her for some reason?
