Man, Trump really couldn't believe that the UN people would laugh at his speech. He is way too often in his organized rallies with too many of his fans and yes-men and too little confronted with other minds opposite to his.

It's almost as if the world demonstrated it's opinion of Trump.

That's been true his entire life. The Trump Organization was tiny and composed of family members and a few true-believers like Michael Cohen. Trump has always been surrounded by sycophants. I don't think "The Apprentice" was much different either. Trump was the star, and everything on the show revolved around him.

The guy was pretty much a meme "You're fired" guy to most people before he ever got into politics, with rumors of being indebted to multiple people way before all of this. The fact he even got close to a presidency is the real joke, and that's why the UN laughed.

The Birther nonsense was the opening salvo. It identified Trump as the tribune of the white revanchists inspired by Obama's election.

I think historians will characterize this moment in history differently. Donald Trump ascendance to the white house was not some vacuum which sucked him in against his will, literally millions of USA citizens supported him for whatever reasons. Even if many millions regret their voting decision, I think all those diplomats and politicians at the UN laughed at the sad caricature the USA has become, where the president brags about how great he is believing reality bends to his will since if Steve Jobs could do it, the president of the USA also should.

The UN is laughing at the circus the US has become and that Trump is the Head Clown.

Seriously, the following tweet from yesterday was a reminder that the old orange twat keeps on calling women with demeaning names.

Quote:
Federal Judge throws out Stormy Danials lawsuit versus Trump. Trump is entitled to full legal fees.” @FoxNews Great, now I can go after Horseface and her 3rd rate lawyer in the Great State of Texas. She will confirm the letter she signed! She knows nothing about me, a total con!
However, Stormy Daniels' reply was the stuff of legend. The Donald should have just shut his yap, especially when the other person can retaliate with that kind of epic burn.

"The Caravans are a disgrace to the Democrat Party. Change the immigration laws NOW!"

This might be a conspiracy, but I am finding a pattern of immigrant caravans making their way to the US at crucial moments in American politics.

I find it really convenient that a massive wave of people is heading towards the US at a moment when the republican party must be energized for the midterms if they hope to retain power in both chambers.

The only beneficiary of this human suffering is none other than the president as it is the perfect catalyst to stock the fears of his base and drive them to the polls on November six, but will it be enough? At least we know that the Democrats have no coherent message or wedge issue to empower their base, so there is that.

Remember, what I have been preaching in this thread over and over; Trump is president due to his views on immigration, everything else is irrelevant to his supporters.

Could the river of people coming across the border be the result of some dark tactics by the American gorvenment? Maybe I am just delusional, but this caravan could not have occurred at more perfect time than now.

See ya all on Nov 6th...

It's about as intentional as thousand of Middle Eastern refugees entering Europe.
That happens when foreign powers destabilize your government
In this case the US was directly complicit in the Honduran coup.
Oh guess who was Secretary of State at that time? Hillary Clinton
This time, it's coming back to the USA's own backyard
Yes, this all just seems like twisted karma.

I am pretty convinced this is NOT a coincidence.

Could you elaborate further on your suspicion, perhaps in detail, to what you're thinking? That way you can record your words in this forum just in case you were to "disappear" suddenly without a trace. I heard Trump is friends with Saudi Crown Prince Salman.

I don't know what's orchestrated and timed to perfection.... and what's not. What I do know both parties are energized for this midterm. Democrats, for their sake, better take the house. Otherwise, as Mitch has already hinted, the next assault will be on Social Security and Medicare.

You are right, I should be more specific.

My theory is that immigration has always been a political catalyst for the GOP, which is used to rally its base. Immigrants seem to come in large waves when there are political storms brewing in DC. The last time I remember was in 2014 when comprehensive immigration reform was a big issue in the midterms elections. The images coming from the southern border back then energized the right to such levels that they staged mass protests at detention centers where the migrants were being processed.

Immigrant waves outrage the right to such as extend that out of fear they voted in droves. On the left it seems that these waves have some sort of chilling effect. As a result, the republicans managed to retain control of the house and gain control of the senate in 2014.

Back in 2010 there was no need for a migrant crisis, a black man in the white house was crisis enough to create the political powerhouse called the Tea Party. This year does require a migrant crisis, after all we all remember Mr Trump's first speech as a candidate in 2016 don't we? Xenophobia and racism really "empowers" the GOP base when those in power need it the most.

Now if you ask me how the right manages to incite a mass movement of migrants towards the southern border, I could only guess, but I do believe it is a real possibility.

The end target of the GOP is Roe and Wade and the Hart–Celler immigration act of 1965
So yes, I'm not doubting it's their main platform.

The US was complicit in the Honduras coup, but that was 1 year into Obama's term.
To me, this seems to suggest typical US foreign policy of propping out anti socialist dictators exploding in their faces like it always does.

But who knows.
Just a few years ago, I didn't believe someone would engage in blatant voter suppression and vote purging.

lol and we are back to trump hobby of "lies", just 2 days ago he somehow told which if the ilegals immigrants throw rocks and bottles at the us army in the border they will be authorized to "shoot" at then and after his popularity goes really down and many, really many peoples get mad at him, now he goes back "saying which he not told that" which he told which was for them to "arrest" that peoples not shoot.

after read that i'm really doubt which it was "planned from him" specially from someone soo terrible stupidy as him.

he almost blowed up his job as president.

I am in Paris getting ready to celebrate the end of World War One. Is there anything better to celebrate than the end of a war, in particular that one, which was one of the bloodiest and worst of all time?
That tweet alone is already tone deaf in the context that taking part in a ceremony that marked the anniversary of the 1918 should be about honoring the dead. However, Trump did nothing to prevent a much bigger mess when he cancelled a visit to the Aisne-Marne American cemetery in the French village of Belleau because of 'poor weather' and because the ****ing helicopter can't fly him there.

Is there no bottom to the asshole-ness of that president?
