This preview is now giving the vibe that we are heading in the direction of Touma saving Anna's heart from the despair that nade her the villain she is. I mean, what else can happen?

Sprengel is hardly the first villain we had who became villainous by their own volition. I'm still hoping that if anyone beats sense into her head, it'll be Alice.
