Some new character in the OP, but it looks like a fusion between Nyaruko and Index.
Index's loli position has been taken?! (Meh, who cares)
The OP song itself is very meh.

Anyways, I wonder if some extra budget remained, but the characters moved a lot this episode, like during the beginning Saten-san-Mikoto scene.

OMG I'VE BEEN waiting for this wh........ok enough of the sarcasm, seem like a nice filler and can't wait to see what happen to Shinobu after sister arc

PS: just to be clear, next episode of the Index movie won't count as episode 18 correct?

this OP....has a good song....., honestly i like the song

but the content....sequence..although it has awesome action....that didn't excite me up like OP1......., well... i am still looking forward for the fate of shinobu though.....,

maybe it because i am still dissapointed with the choose to not adapt LAC in this season...well if they will fit it in OVA..or maybe movie??? who knows.....

As for filler content, chances are it'll be like the second half of the first season, where the content was created by Kamachi. So I daresay it'll be canon to the overall TAMNI story--after all, the manga had references to season 1's second half having happened off-screen.

Shinobu rescue with evil scientist group ready to take control of something against someone with loli & lolipops. It's meh but you know, whatever really.
Dissapointed by the new opening, I don't even know if I should buy the last two volumes of the blurays. I'll buy for the Mugino boobs I guess. I am glad they added that though. (probably will though due to completion issues)

Watch as ITEM and the clover 4 unite as friends against dangerous enemies. (I really hope that won't happen jesus)

That last half felt completely out of character for Mugino to me...

@AcertainStark: Indeed, actually that part wasn't done by Kamachi but by Fuyukawa, the mangaka, in some extra pages as 4komas, just happens Nagai/anime staff decided to include them on this episode.

Who cares about that? The main problem is why they switched Mikoto with Kuroko for the "shopping" scene. And it's also out of character for Kongou-san to ask someone to accompany her like that, especially when it's not Mikoto ... screw them ... Go to hell Nagai ... go to hell

Anyway, one shouldn't expect too much from fillers, even if the are """canon""" the way the characters and other stuff are being handled says otherwise.

Better turn off your brain and "enjoy" it like the first season. That's why I talked about the opening and speculated about it rather than the episode itself
