The µ's group decides to take a summer break according to Honoka : they have fun spending at beach, bathe together and even play pillow fight, which takes a special reward of a friendship developing nicely. What makes this episode a gem for me is exactly what I wanted in a beach episode described above. I like all the girls' swimsuits, and the pillow fight was hilarious, especially Umi's scary face that was reminiscient of horror movies. Plus the girls' bond settling in the beach at the end was enticingly well done. Will look forward to see another music clip in the next episode !

It's a bit sad though but it seems that Eri's role of antagonist in earlier episodes seems to have quite a bit of an effect on her popularity though...

Focused on trying to improve bonds by trying to get everyone not to use "senpai," Muse decides to go to the beach. Hilarity ensues.

Lots of Maki being cute this episode. Can't get enough of her. As much as she tries to act mature and uncaring, she still ends up getting caught up in their pace. Too adorable.

Eri changed so drastically since the show started. It's like Umi drained her of all her antagonism and kept it for herself. Speaking of which, those must be some scary pillows if they have enough force to literally knock people out. Even Nozomi and Maki learned her technique quickly.

That had to be the most interesting pillow fight in an anime I've watched. The slow motion "uh!s" just made that scene.

Unfortunate that "quality" is slowly creeping in the series. Seeing how fast they throw BDs out I doubt they fix anything or redraw CG in PVs. Nevertheless series keep getting popular IM@S-LL-wars already started.

There were there in 2012. I saw them live, but without the anime going into it. But I guess if they show up again in 2013, then that's a great bonus.

I expect nothing less from Maki-sama for providing room and board at her beach house.

I like how Nico was trying to mimic her cool womanly style.

(Fact: Maki's thighs and long legs are unrivaled in LL)




This whole episode was gif worthy!

It's always nice seeing the characters enjoy themselves! I agree about the pillow fight. The slow mo did it for me.

Umi is definitely the "oni coach" that Honoka likes to call her.

What caught me by surprise was how Eri blindsided Maki and gave us her playful smile. It messed up how Nico ends up getting smashed by beach balls and pillows this whole episode.
