Actually, Koihime Eiyuutan is more of a world expansion site to cover the new characters they're putting in the DMM R-18 card battle game.

EDIT: I stand corrected, there's also a Mobage that uses the expanded characters now.

As interesting as it is, further observation is in order to see whether in this this case quantity is also accompanied by quality, as distinct from quantity being a quality all its own.
