Well think about it this way, the images we've posted for one thing are placed in a spoiler, because of partial nudity.

Secondly, look at the way your character is posed, and the way you've drawn her. The only thing that's stopping the image from outright screaming, "Naked Torso" is the fact that those pipes are covering her nipples. But for all intents and purpose, she is half naked, which is enough to possibly warrant mod intervention, in which they may, or may not delete the post, or at the very least, get rid of the picture.

Thirdly you've got to realize, there are children who are below that age where they are still quite impressionable, and their parents might be looking over their shoulder once in a while.

Fourthly, the images we post aren't screaming in absolute nudity, or anything that would scream pornography. That image, while may not be screaming pornography, is something that would normally be read and or seen in an 18+ manga, or at least a senior adolescent age.

I'm just simply giving you fair warning as so that you don't get into any trouble with the mods.

Early Days

Having graduated from the magical academies on Mid-Childa, she trained to join the Enforcers after achieving the Mage Rank of A. It was here that she first met her friend who likes to go by the name of Rhelik. It took her a little over a year before getting her first enforcer post in the TSAB Dimensional Navy.
For the next two years, she served several different posts before the incident on Unadministered Planet 297.

Incident 297

She and her assigned squad had been deployed to Unadministered Planet 297 where a Lost Logia had been detected. Their mission was to investigate and recover a Lost Logia in a mountainous region on the outskirts of one of the major cities. Upon arrival, the discovery, sealing, and recovery of the Lost Logia went smoothly until several drone type units and a mage ambushed the squad.

The first volley of attacks struck the squad captain and her vice-captain before turning toward her and the assigned support mage carrying the sealed Lost Logia. Being only slightly injurred, the captain and vice-captain engaged the mage while Charese and the support mage engaged the drones, but being outnumbered made it difficult. Almost all too soon, the mage struck the captains down before turning towards the remaining members of the squad. The mage then struck down the support mage, the case sealing the Lost Logia breaking, before turning to Charese.

Being a Mid-Long range Mage, herself, she was easily routed, but the all the ambiant magic reacted with the now unsealed Lost Logia, it's magical reaction enveloping herself, knocking her out. This was when TSAB reinforcements arrived forcing the now outnumbered mage to flee.

During her stay at the hospital, recovering from the battle, nothing unusual was detected in her body so she was given a clean bill of health and returned to active duty.

Magical Backlash

Her next mission was to track down a renegade mage who had been trafficing restricted Lost Logia on Mid-Childa. The area suspected of being the meeting place was in an abandoned industrial district. She and her team were to detain any mages on site and recover the restricted Lost Logia.

The mages had arrived as expected and a battle broke out as they attempted to resist arrest. Making sure to stay back, Charese took the mid-range fire support role, but something seemed to be wrong with her. Almost every time she casted her spells, she started to feel pain for no apparent reason. At first it was minor and chalked it up to exhaustion, but she soon became worried as it began to feel worse as the battle wore on.

As the battle turned for the worst, she took on the defenseive role, using her barriers to defend the wounded. It was when she noticed one of her comrades about to be hit by a mage that would have killed them, she retaliated with a magical blast. Not expecting to lose control, the spell was overpowered unexpectedly, the magical feedback not only severly injuring Charese, but overloading her Intelligent Device, destroying it.

Magical Feedback

During her recovery following the battle, it was discovered that her magical core had been altered in an unusual way. For some reason, any magic, beyond the barrier jacket, used caused magical feedback upon herself. It was dangerous to the point that she was told not to use magic beyond a B rating, effectively leaving her out of combat duty.

TSAB isn't able to determine the cause of this, but it is suspected that it may have been caused by the earlier Lost Logia energy reaction.

Commander Training

For a period of time afterwards, she fell into a sort of depression. Having been removed from active duty for safety reasons, she needed to find her place in life. Her friends and comrades tried to support her when they could, but wasn't able to help with her figuring a new place in life.

This was when her immediate superior broached the subject of officer training. Since her position was support anyway, he figured that with a bit of training, she could train to become a commander of her own division.

Taking that advice, she enrolled in Officer Training. During this training, she started to work on an idea for a new division. The idea was that it would specialize in Barrier Deployment and Unusual Situations involving Lost Logia, specializing in restriction and quarantine.

After she had completed her training, she broached this subject with her long time friend Rhelik and asked for his help. Agreeing, they started to work on gathering potential members and support from other captains and commanders.

3 years later, Special Circumstances was officially opened.

Commanded by Charese Silverman, this team of specialists deploy where need to capture and envelope areas of high magical activity or Lost Logia contamination. Being a barrier specialist, she researches and developes new barrier types.

Special Circumstances maybe requested by any division requiring their assistance.

The Cradle


Personality:

She generally a kind hearted person who almost always wears a gentle smile in public. In private or among her most trusted friends she shows a more vulnerable side. A side which has some confidence issues caused by her defeats and her disability along with the loss of her Intelligent Device which had been with her since her academy days.



Spells
Defensive/Support:

Wide Area Protection: Basic protection spell covering a large area.

Barrier Cage: Using the same principles of the barrier systems, she creates a cage around her target effectively capturing them.

Barrier Enclosure: Creates a wide area barrier used to seal in and contain areas of high magical activity or Lost Logia Contamination.

Iron Wall: Variation on the Round Shield which multiple layers of energy form a solid wall that is difficult to penetrate.

Dark Enclosure: A much more powerful version of Barrier Enclosure. She along with two other mages deploy a wide area barrier which encloses a specified area up to 100 km radius maximum. Everything within this field is shifted out of phase with this dimension, effectively creating a pocket dimension, which serves to capture and contain their targets or contain and prevent any expansion of a Lost Logia reaction.

Stasis: Charese's last ditch barrier spell, she encases her target in a stasis field preventing movement or attack from within the field. This has an unfortunate side effect of not only preventing anything entering the field, but she too gets put into a form of stasis as long as she maintains the field. It is speculated that this maybe due to effects of the unusual alteration to her magical core.

Flash Step: Drastically enhances users speed and ability to dodge attacks.

Offensive:

Variable Buster: Her main mid range magical blast. Depending on the purpose, it can be set for pure damage to just destroying barriers.

Energy Nova: Surrounding herself with energy, she charges then expels the energy in a wide area of effect starting from her position.

Snipe Shot: Her long range magical attack. Reletively weak compared to her mid ranged attack, but it is relatively more accurate.

It's because Kha is the Shirou who had become a Hero of Justice but before encountering that betrayal that turned him into Archer. So he's like somewhere in between Shiro and Archer, that's the Original Kha. Clone Kha if he does get to grow up (like in Ghaz work) would be more like Archer, less talkative, but just as snarky.

Personality: Rue has a rather cheery disposition, and a friendly nature. She is one who likes to take things at their value, and enjoy life on her terms, which usually means with a smile on her face and her head up high.

Normally hard to anger, she often takes a lot of things in stride, finding other ways to deal with such un-pleasantries in a non-aggressive manner, which usually means those who have crossed her often finding their gear malfunctioning, or just that one certain important item misplaced.

Despite such acts, she does have a strong sense of loyalty towards those she trusts.

Rue is also known for her hate for ‘doing nothing’. However, it is more so true to say she hates being unproductive. She is well known by those in her division that whenever she has free time, and she believes that lounging around is unproductive, she is often seen out in some training field giving private lessons, or in the library tutoring. If not, she’s always in some heated discussion with someone over something, with topics ranging from just simple mathematical equations to more advanced topics, such as quantum mechanics.

History

Born on Administered World 213 Latned, Rue grew up in a middle-class family. Her father being a former TSAB officer who left early for a family, had been her teacher of the use of the magic her planet uses, called Alocnos. Her mother on the other hand ran what people of Non-Administered World 97 call a Deli.

She grew up in a fairly happy world, going through what most children went through as they grow up. Up until her application for the TSAB Academy, her life had been fine. However, at age 12, her city was attacked by a large mercenary force, which had been hired to obtain a Lost Logia that had been located in the city. Her father, who had been acting out of loyalty towards the city, had joined with whatever TSAB mages present at the time of the attack, in an attempt to hold-off the raid until reinforcements could arrive.

Despite his efforts, he had been KIA, his body brought before Rue and her mother. The resulting loss had been a rather devastating shock upon the girl, as it had been noted that during her first two years in the Academy, she had barely been passing her courses, just barely meeting the standards required of her years.

It wasn’t until an accident which nearly killed her, had apparently awakened something within, that her performance had began to rise again. Doctors have attempted to assess as to the possible reason of what had caused this change and sudden desire to move on, but to this day, it remains unknown, although it was believed, even to this day, that only her mother knows the true reason of her change.

After her graduation at the Latned Academy, she had immediately transferred over to the Ariel Tactics Division, eventually assigned into the same unit as then Captain Takamachi Nanoha, in MC 0078. From there, she eventually was accepted as a combat instructor, following her training to be an instructor. From there, she was relegated back to the Academy, stationed at the Mid-Childa branch where she trained cadets in the three common forms of defences: Shields, Barriers, and Fields, to this day.

Spring Wind: A healing spell. The general purpose of this spell is to heal wounds, such as bruises, deep cuts, first degree burns, or other such minor injuries caused from battle. Due to the nature of the spell, internal injuries cannot be dealt with using this particular spell. Such injuries that require an operation, must be performed with a more powerful spell. However, knowledge and information of spell is unavailable for this profile.

Sacred Ward: A field spell. A type of spell native to Alocnos users, the spell permits the user to cast multiple field spells and place them upon others, providing them a means of protecting should their own defence prove to be insufficient.

Augment Spells: As the spell-type suggests, the user is endowed with a number of support and enhancement spells, to support and augment their team-mates as necessary.

• Hasten: Speed enhancement
• Might: Strength enhancement
• Endurance: Stamina enhancement

Shadow Chain: A restrict spell. As the name of the spell implies, this spell works best in the shadows, or at the very least, the shadow of the target. However, the more shadows, the more effective the spell is, as the user is able to cast more chains, furthering the restriction placed upon a target.

Fate crack is a bit high at the moment. When browsing the stat screens I already noticed a few skills that fit just right with Keroko and Tesla. Especially Archers Mind's Eye fits Tesla like a glove, and Sabers Instinct describes Keroko precisely.

Maybe I could cobble together some status screens.... shouldn't be hard.

And the whole Mind's Eye + Instinct sounds a whole lot like Austin only that it's not really natural to him but learnt over more than a decade, and to a lesser extent, Saga as well. :3

You know, I need to start working on creating villains for my story work so my OCs have someone to clash with.

So here goes nothing.

"Sektor 21", the only known name to a faceless terror organization that continues to plague the TSAB.

Fueled by hatreds spawned by a war over a hundred and fifty years ago, this unknown faction of anarchistic terrorists have deep and far reaching roots across Mid-Childa, and throughout TSAB space. Attempts to investigate and isolate cells of this organization have gone nowhere. They have, time and again, been found in possession, and use of mass based weapons, sending fear and strife wherever they appear. How they accquire them is unknown, but one thing has been seen. They LOATHE mages, all mages, with few exceptions among their faceless numbers. Seeing mages and the magic civilization that has grown on the planet as an abomination, they have only one (admittedly ludicrous) goal. Annihilate the TSAB, and plunge Mid-Childa into a new era of 'freedom', while doing away with magic.

Admittedly, their priority to the TSAB has been low since they do not want anything to do with Lost Logia. And their lack of real capabilities have never placed them high on the TSAB's threat list, thinking them nothing more than annoying pests that constantly traffic illegal arms and incite skirmishes with Beaurau mages.

However, in recent months their activities have escalated, and their threat has become significantly greater.

With the end of the JS incident and the destruction of the Cradle, massive cleanup of the knocked out drones had to be performed... drones filled with examples of AMF tech. Recent incidents involving Sektor 21 's signature "Power Plant Attack" have shown the use of AMF to counter mages and cause more damage than ever before. In the power vaccume created by the death of LtG. Regius, they seem to be taking greater interest in destablizing the Beaurau's 'shaky' operations.
Limited intelligence suggests that this may be a precursor to something bigger.

General qualities: Sektor 21 operates under a common doctrine of hate for mages in general (with few tolerated exceptions as required for them to get their deeds done.), and a hate for the TSAB. They have been attempting to destablize Mid-Childa through terror attacks, many focused on various power plants powering major cities.

In the events of the story, they are making a bold move, theft of leftover weapons grade nuclear matierals (Uranium 235) from an antarctic safe storage site, in an attempt to build a nuclear weapon and detonate it in Cranagan. An attempt they see as a decapitation move that will wipe out the beaurau's Ground Forces, and throw Mid-Childa into chaos.

I'll develope it in more detail from here. It's late, I'm tired, goodnight.

Early Days

Having graduated from the magical academies on Mid-Childa, she trained to join the Enforcers after achieving the Mage Rank of A. It was here that she first met her friend who likes to go by the name of Rhelik. It took her a little over a year before getting her first enforcer post in the TSAB Dimensional Navy.
For the next two years, she served several different posts before the incident on Unadministered Planet 297.

Incident 297

She and her assigned squad had been deployed to Unadministered Planet 297 where a Lost Logia had been detected. Their mission was to investigate and recover a Lost Logia in a mountainous region on the outskirts of one of the major cities. Upon arrival, the discovery, sealing, and recovery of the Lost Logia went smoothly until several drone type units and a mage ambushed the squad.

The first volley of attacks struck the squad captain and her vice-captain before turning toward her and the assigned support mage carrying the sealed Lost Logia. Being only slightly injurred, the captain and vice-captain engaged the mage while Charese and the support mage engaged the drones, but being outnumbered made it difficult. Almost all too soon, the mage struck the captains down before turning towards the remaining members of the squad. The mage then struck down the support mage, the case sealing the Lost Logia breaking, before turning to Charese.

Being a Mid-Long range Mage, herself, she was easily routed, but the all the ambiant magic reacted with the now unsealed Lost Logia, it's magical reaction enveloping herself, knocking her out. This was when TSAB reinforcements arrived forcing the now outnumbered mage to flee.

During her stay at the hospital, recovering from the battle, nothing unusual was detected in her body so she was given a clean bill of health and returned to active duty.

Magical Backlash

Her next mission was to track down a renegade mage who had been trafficing restricted Lost Logia on Mid-Childa. The area suspected of being the meeting place was in an abandoned industrial district. She and her team were to detain any mages on site and recover the restricted Lost Logia.

The mages had arrived as expected and a battle broke out as they attempted to resist arrest. Making sure to stay back, Charese took the mid-range fire support role, but something seemed to be wrong with her. Almost every time she casted her spells, she started to feel pain for no apparent reason. At first it was minor and chalked it up to exhaustion, but she soon became worried as it began to feel worse as the battle wore on.

As the battle turned for the worst, she took on the defenseive role, using her barriers to defend the wounded. It was when she noticed one of her comrades about to be hit by a mage that would have killed them, she retaliated with a magical blast. Not expecting to lose control, the spell was overpowered unexpectedly, the magical feedback not only severly injuring Charese, but overloading her Intelligent Device, destroying it.

During her recovery following the battle, it was discovered that her magical core had been altered in an unusual way. For some reason, any magic, beyond the barrier jacket, used caused magical feedback upon herself. It was dangerous to the point that she was told not to use magic beyond a B rating, effectively leaving her out of combat duty.

TSAB isn't able to determine the cause of this, but it is suspected that it may have been caused by the earlier Lost Logia energy reaction.

Commander Training

For a period of time afterwards, she fell into a sort of depression. Having been removed from active duty for safety reasons, she needed to find her place in life. Her friends and comrades tried to support her when they could, but wasn't able to help with her figuring a new place in life.

This was when her immediate superior broached the subject of officer training. Since her position was support anyway, he figured that with a bit of training, she could train to become a commander of her own division.

Taking that advice, she enrolled in Officer Training. During this training, she started to work on an idea for a new division. The idea was that it would specialize in Barrier Deployment and Unusual Situations involving Lost Logia, specializing in restriction and quarantine.

After she had completed her training, she broached this subject with her long time friend Rhelik and asked for his help. Agreeing, they started to work on gathering potential members and support from other captains and commanders.

3 years later, Special Circumstances was officially opened.

She generally a kind hearted person who almost always wears a gentle smile in public. In private or among her most trusted friends she shows a more vulnerable side. A side which has some confidence issues caused by her defeats and her disability along with the loss of her Intelligent Device which had been with her since her academy days.

Everything within this field is shifted out of phase with this dimension, effectively creating a pocket dimension, which serves to capture and contain their targets or contain and prevent any expansion of a Lost Logia reaction.

Stasis: Charese's last ditch barrier spell, she encases her target in a stasis field preventing movement or attack from within the field. This has an unfortunate side effect of not only preventing anything entering the field, but she too gets put into a form of stasis as long as she maintains the field. It is speculated that this maybe due to effects of the unusual alteration to her magical core.

Flash Step: Drastically enhances users speed and ability to dodge attacks.

Offensive:

Variable Buster: Her main mid range magical blast. Depending on the purpose, it can be set for pure damage to just destroying barriers.

Energy Nova: Surrounding herself with energy, she charges then expels the energy in a wide area of effect starting from her position.

Snipe Shot: Her long range magical attack. Reletively weak compared to her mid ranged attack, but it is relatively more accurate.

Born on Administered World 213 Latned, Rue grew up in a middle-class family. Her father being a former TSAB officer who left early for a family, had been her teacher of the use of the magic her planet uses, called Alocnos. Her mother on the other hand ran what people of Non-Administered World 97 call a Deli.

She grew up in a fairly happy world, going through what most children went through as they grow up. Up until her application for the TSAB Academy, her life had been fine. However, at age 12, her city was attacked by a large mercenary force, which had been hired to obtain a Lost Logia that had been located in the city. Her father, who had been acting out of loyalty towards the city, had joined with whatever TSAB mages present at the time of the attack, in an attempt to hold-off the raid until reinforcements could arrive.

Despite his efforts, he had been KIA, his body brought before Rue and her mother. The resulting loss had been a rather devastating shock upon the girl, as it had been noted that during her first two years in the Academy, she had barely been passing her courses, just barely meeting the standards required of her years.

It wasn’t until an accident which nearly killed her, had apparently awakened something within, that her performance had began to rise again. Doctors have attempted to assess as to the possible reason of what had caused this change and sudden desire to move on, but to this day, it remains unknown, although it was believed, even to this day, that only her mother knows the true reason of her change.

After her graduation at the Latned Academy, she had immediately transferred over to the Ariel Tactics Division, eventually assigned into the same unit as then Captain Takamachi Nanoha, in MC 0078. From there, she eventually was accepted as a combat instructor, following her training to be an instructor. From there, she was relegated back to the Academy, stationed at the Mid-Childa branch where she trained cadets in the three common forms of defences: Shields, Barriers, and Fields, to this day.

"Sektor 21", the only known name to a faceless terror organization that continues to plague the TSAB.

Fueled by hatreds spawned by a war over a hundred and fifty years ago, this unknown faction of anarchistic terrorists have deep and far reaching roots across Mid-Childa, and throughout TSAB space. Attempts to investigate and isolate cells of this organization have gone nowhere. They have, time and again, been found in possession, and use of mass based weapons, sending fear and strife wherever they appear. How they accquire them is unknown, but one thing has been seen. They LOATHE mages, all mages, with few exceptions among their faceless numbers. Seeing mages and the magic civilization that has grown on the planet as an abomination, they have only one (admittedly ludicrous) goal. Annihilate the TSAB, and plunge Mid-Childa into a new era of 'freedom', while doing away with magic.

Admittedly, their priority to the TSAB has been low since they do not want anything to do with Lost Logia. And their lack of real capabilities have never placed them high on the TSAB's threat list, thinking them nothing more than annoying pests that constantly traffic illegal arms and incite skirmishes with Beaurau mages.

However, in recent months their activities have escalated, and their threat has become significantly greater.

With the end of the JS incident and the destruction of the Cradle, massive cleanup of the knocked out drones had to be performed... drones filled with examples of AMF tech. Recent incidents involving Sektor 21 's signature "Power Plant Attack" have shown the use of AMF to counter mages and cause more damage than ever before. In the power vaccume created by the death of LtG. Regius, they seem to be taking greater interest in destablizing the Beaurau's 'shaky' operations.
Limited intelligence suggests that this may be a precursor to something bigger.

General qualities: Sektor 21 operates under a common doctrine of hate for mages in general (with few tolerated exceptions as required for them to get their deeds done.), and a hate for the TSAB. They have been attempting to destablize Mid-Childa through terror attacks, many focused on various power plants powering major cities.

In the events of the story, they are making a bold move, theft of leftover weapons grade nuclear matierals (Uranium 235) from an antarctic safe storage site, in an attempt to build a nuclear weapon and detonate it in Cranagan. An attempt they see as a decapitation move that will wipe out the beaurau's Ground Forces, and throw Mid-Childa into chaos.

I'll develope it in more detail from here. It's late, I'm tired, goodnight.

An AMF Army...with tactical nuclear weapons. And Mass-based weapons.

The TSAB needs an N-Jammer, and needs to get one soon, although for drama's sake, I think we could just let that nuclear winter happen...

Chrono accompanied Fate, Koji and Maren into the facility.
They showed their identifications, left their devices with the officer at the entrance and went in.

Another officer led them to the section of the prison Scaglietti was kept in, going trough several guards and heavy doors.
"As requested, we prepared a room with the specifications given to us: A soundproof room with video surveillance only." The officer said.
"Thank you." Fate replied as she walked with Chrono, Koji and Maren walked behind them.
(Fate must have went through a lot of trouble just to do this...but when it involves Scaglietti, she'll do just about anything.) Chrono said to himself as he heard that.

They entered the visitor's section, and were taken to the designated door, when they got there, Koji stopped.

"Fate-senpai, Maren...and Chrono-san." He said.
They turned to him, "Koji, what is it?" Fate asked.
"From this point, I'd like to go alone..." He asked.
"Eh? But..." Maren hesitated.
"Koji, aren't you forgetting something?" Chrono spoke.
"I am?" Koji blinked.
"Your rank isn't high enough to question a prisoner such as Scaglietti on your own." Chrono explained.
Fate nodded, "You have to be accompanied by at least an Enforcer or a Special Investigator."

Looking at them, Koji stayed silent for a while, "Then...Maren." He turned to her, "Could you accompany me?" He asked.
"Of course I will." She agreed with a nod.
"Thank you..." He looked at the door behind him, and started walking to it.
Following Koji, Maren entered through the door, closing behind her afterwards.

The officer then spoke to Chrono, "Would you like to watch the interrogation in another room?"
Fate turned to the officer, "Yes, please."
Chrono looked at Fate, "Fate, are you okay with this?" He asked, knowing how she felt about Scaglietti's 'work' and ideals.
"Yes, I'll be fine." Fate assured him.
"Then, please follow me." The officer took them to the observation room.

After walking in a short hallway, Koji and Maren reached another door, he grabbed the doorknob.
(On the other side of this door, is Jail Scaglietti...) He said to himself.

"Koji-sama?" Maren looked at him, who stood still with his hand on the doorknob. "Is everything alright?"
"Eh?" He snapped out of it, "It's nothing..." He replied.

Koji took a deep breath and opened the door...

It was a small cubic room, and in it, was Dr. Jail Scaglietti wearing plain white clothes of a prisoner, sitting on a chair with his shackled wrists resting on the table in the center of the room.
Behind him was another door, probably where he came from, leading to the prisoners' section where a guard is waiting to escort him back to his cell.

As Scaglietti saw Koji and Maren come in, he smirked.
"How disappointing, I thought Enforcer Fate Testarossa was going to interrogate me..."
Koji grabbed one of the two chairs on their side of the table and sat down, giving his reply, "Maybe next time."
Maren stayed behind Koji, her eyes shifted between Koji and the infamous Jail Scaglietti.
"I see...so, what would you like to know...Minawa Koji?" Scaglietti smirked.
Koji's eyes narrowed, Maren too, was surprised.
Calming down, Koji didn't jump the gun, "...About Treize."
"Heh..." Scaglietti smiled mischievously, "I'm sure you obtained a lot of interresting information when you examined her, right?"

Koji and Maren remembered...

[Flashback]
[MC 075 - September 25th]
At the High Tech Medical Center in Mid-Childa's capital, Clanagan, Maren, Koji and Yui took Treize for a complete physical scan.
Having more experience in Combat Cyborg technology, Mariel was the one who performed the exams.

"What?" Koji, Maren and Yui said surprised as they heard the results.
Mariel nodded, "It's as you heard...tests reveal that Treize's DNA is composed of several types of DNA from the other Sentoukijin, as well as Jail Scaglietti's ..."

"And what about the signs of sleepiness she has from time to time?" Maren asked.
"About that..." Mariel pressed a button, and a display appeared with more data of Treize's physical exam.
"If she only experiences that, then her body must be compensating the loss, because it seems that her Linker Core was removed."
"Treize's Linker Core?" Koji said surprised.
"Yes, there are residual traces of it left in her body, so she was probably 'born' with one...but because she was meant to be a Sentoukijin, it would interfere with her functions...so..."
"Will Trei-chan be okay?" Worried, Yui asked Mariel.
"I have to admit, Jail Scaglietti made an impressive job in creating Treize, there are no anomalies with her, except her low stamina. But with time, her body will compensate that and she'll grow into a healthy girl." She assured them.
Everyone sighed in relief.
"Mariel-san, thank you." Koji said.
"No problem, everyone's worried about her anyway." Mariel smiled at Treize.

"Why did you extract her Linker Core?" Koji asked.
Scaglietti played along, "My inicial intention was to leave it inside her...such a fine Linker Core."
"Alas, I didn't have time to do what I had in mind: a hybrid of mage and sentoukijin, immune to AMF and capable to perfectly emulate a mage's spell and improve it further." He grinned as he imagined it.
They listened to Scaglietti's boasting.
"But even without it, she's still a work of art, and would have been a excellent addition to my Numbers." Scaglietti added.

"Too bad...From now on, Treize will be treated as regular child." Koji said.
"Will she?" Jail raised a sarcastic eyebrow. "Aren't you aware of Mid-Childa's society? They see my creations as freaks of science." He smirked.
"In time, that will change, I'm sure of it." Koji countered.
"Yes, as long as there are people like us, times will change." Maren added.

Scaglietti chuckled, amused, "You are truly interresting specimens."
Koji's eye twitched, "What do you mean by that?" Koji glared at Scaglietti.

"Oh...I'm sure Enforcer Maren should know what I'm talking about..." Scaglietti looked at her from the corner of his eye.
"You must mean the attack to the TSAB Ground Central...September 12th. I fought Number 3, Tre, and she found out that I wasn't human."
"Indeed." Scaglietti said, "Even though conventional means can even detect a familiar in human form, you are identified as a human. My methods, on the other hand, are much more advanced and managed to detected that you weren't, but didn't reveal what you are. I would have loved to have analyzed you."
"Keep such comments to yourself..." Koji glared at him.
"Oh, my apologies." he replied with a tone of irony. "I have obtained information on her confidential personal file too...very interresting: You were recruited two years ago in another world by Admiral Mizetto Kurooberu, one of the legendary admirals, and trained by her. That made you rise through the ranks in an instant until you got to Enforcer."
"You hail from Elphora, a world that refused to be administrated by the TSAB. Years after the alliance, the dominant nations entered in a war and ended up destroying each other, leaving a trail of destruction between them." Jail paused. "But the TSAB did nothing to stop it."
"Further investigation led to a certain family in that world that were known not only for their reputation but for also having a powerful Guardian Beast in their service...who remarkably looks just like you."

Scaglietti was enjoying poking on her past, just the look on her face as she remembered those events were deliciously entertaining.
He had spent some free time getting information on her before being captured, and now he had the chance to use it.
"Also..." Before Scaglietti could continue, he was interrupted.
"Enough!" Koji said seriously.

"Hooh...Are you jealous?" Scaglietti amusedly asked, "Don't worry, I have information on you too...a lot of it."
Koji stayed silent.
"How could I call myself a scientist if I didn't keep an eye on someone like you."
"What do you mean by that?" Koji asked.
"Oh, I'm sure you know what I'm talking about...or must I give you a hint?"
"..." Koji didn't say a word.
"Very well...this should revive your memory...Sector G-37."
"So, you were behind it...that group in the icy world three years ago." Koji accused him.
"Not really." Jail said. "I just kept an eye on them. After all, they had a Relic in their possession."
"If you knew that, then why didn't you go get it?"
"A whim, or even curiosity...who knows. I simply wanted to see how far they would go before getting caught by the bureau."

"Eventually, Enforcer Fate Testarossa, and her comrades along with you and your sister, stormed into the facility and put a stop to their operation."
"When I thought the fun was over...it happened, they overloaded the Relic, it became unstable and exploded."
"But something unprecedened happened, even though the facility turned into a pile of rubble, you and your friends were saved. Scattered around the area."
"Was it a miracle? That's what everyone thinks...but the truth is that when the Relic's full power was released, you were near it, they were saved because you wished for it."
"..." Koji kept listening to Scaglietti.
"But that's not all, is it?" He smirked. "I know about that after that misson, you were all examined for precaution. Everyone was fine, buy the results of your medical exams revealed unusual brain activity, not dangerous, but still unusual."
"I became interested in seeing if there would be any aftereffects, so I kept an eye on you with my contacts. When you were transfered to the Ground Central, I had Due spy on you and send me reports."

After pausing for a couple of seconds, Scaglietti resumed...
"Frankly, I'm surprised that you weren't currupted by the ability you received in that incident, instead you used it for the good of others...as expected from an aspiring knight."
"Then you met Enforcer Maren, that triggered even more feedback that piqued my interest. Each time you failed, you would try harder. Watching it was fun...for a hobby, heh." He chuckled.
Maren looked at Koji, worried.
"But you were just a side project, I couldn't stray from my original plans. But to my surprise, you got involved with my main project...oh, it was perfect." He smirked.

"The feedback I got from your battle with Cinque proved my theory..." Jail looked at Koji with 'those eyes', the eyes of utter excitement.
"Heart Waver...that's the name I gave to your ability. You can read other's emotions as if you were feeling them yourself, and use that in your advantage to sway their hearts." Jail paused.
"Although imperfect, it is still very effective, seeing that you made Cinque betray me."

"She was never on your side to begin with, she cared more about her sisters." Koji said.
"Are you sure? Or is that what you want to believe in?" Jail asked him.
"What?"
"Yes, Cinque cares deeply for her sisters, but she was loyal to me as well, but when she was exposed to your words and ideals, it shook her heart." He explained.
"..." Koji kept silent, he himself didn't know to what extent his 'ability' works.

"So, how does it feel like? Having that power?" Jail smirked.
Koji gritted his teeth, "I learned to live with it..."
"But you despise it don't you? Barging into people's hearts even if you don't want to...even as we speak you are reading my heart, tell me, what do you feel?"

Koji grimaced, "That wretched thing can't even be called a heart...Even now you're overflowing with twisted desires and ambitions."
Jail's eyes narrowed as he grinned evily, "Feels good doesn't it? This endless hunger."
Disgusted, Koji got up and turned his back, "I'm done talking..."
Maren glared at Scaglietti, following Koji afterwards.

Scaglietti smiled with satisfaction, "Come back anytime..."

Koji left the interrogation room at a quickened pace, Maren, Fate and Chrono went after him.
"Koji?" Fate said surprised as she saw him go like that.
Maren didn't say anything, and just followed him.

Having checked out of the facility, their devices were returned to them, then, they boarded the Claudia.
As they entered Claudia, Yui and Rein were waiting for them.
"Onii-chan how did i-ah!" Koji just passed by Yui and Rein without saying a word.
"Koji-sama?" Rein saw him go.

"Koji!" Chrono shouted at him, he stopped.
"You don't need to hide it, if you want to be angry, just let it out." He said.
As they waited, in that awkward silence, Koji slammed his fist against a wall.
The girls were surprised by that action, but didn't say a thing.
(C-Curses!) he said to himself, (He knew I'd come to him for answers! He was probably waiting for those questions too!)
(He teased me by showing he knows about Maren's origins and what happened to me, that ever since the incident he's been watching my every move...)
He ignored the pain on his fist, (And now this, Relic number 11...If Lutecia's mother never wakes up, it'll be my fault! In the end, it's all my fault!) He needlessly blamed himself.

Worried, Maren was going to try to talk to him, but hesistated.
After staying quiet for a while, Koji backed off from the wall, turned his back to them, "Leave me alone for a while..." He said.
As Koji was about to walk, Chrono called him, "Koji..."
"Chrono-san, ple-" Koji was about to turn around when he saw a white fist, then, intense pain on his left jaw, followed by a fall to the floor.

"Onii-chan!" Yui said surprised.
"Koji-sama!" Rein and Maren said.
"Chrono?" Fate looked at him.
"Stay right there!" Chrono shouted, stopping them.

"W-Why did you do that for?" Koji looked at Chrono.
Chrono looked down on him, "Do you think you're going to solve whatever problems you have on your own?"
"That's none of your business!" Koji talked back.
"Yes it is!" Chrono countered. "Right now, you're in MY ship, so it is my business!"
Koji got up, wiping the blood off the corner of his mouth.

"We don't know what you talked about, but whatever it was, you didn't like it. Now, either you talk to us about it, or I'll keep hitting you until you do!" Chrono said very serious.
"Chrono-san...I'm not in the mood for that right now..." He replied in a restrained matter.
Chrono's teeth gritted, he grabbed Koji by the collar of his uniform, "Dammit! Why are you always so stubborn?" He shook him.
"C-Chrono! Please calm down." Fate tried to reason with him.
But then, both were surprised when the looked at Koji, his right eye turned golden along with an angry, but contained expression.
"It would be best if you'd let go of me, Chrono-san...before things get messy." He warned him.
"che..." Chrono let go of Koji and he straightened his uniform and walked away.

"Rein has never seen Koji-sama with such a scary face desu..." She said as she sat on Yui's shoulder.
"Onii-chan..." Yui muttered in a worried tone.
"He must be keeping all the frustration inside him..." Fate worried as well.
Maren turned to Chrono and bowed to apologize, and went after Koji.
Chrono looked at them go, "I'll be in the bridge." and walked off.

I was thinking in making Koji and Chrono duke it out, but in Koji's current state, he'd lose his temper and start slicing things apart

Okay, I'm going to be blunt. I don't like this.

Not only does Treize have über genetics of every sentoukijin and Vivio, now all of a sudden Jail played around with Koji? And Relic 11 at that? And he has the abillity to read hearts and change them? This reeks of Mary Sueness and Orochimaru Syndrome.

This is very much like the near-mistake I made with the scrapped Keroko/Vivio bond, which would have removed a lot of believabillity from Keroko and shoved her in the Mary Sue category. Fortunately I had people knocking sense into me. Don't make the same mistake.

Koji couldn't take it anymore, "Maren, let's go."
"Y-yes!" Maren replied.
Koji opened the door and left.
Maren looked at Scaglietti, "If you weren't already in custody, I would have made you regret the words you just spoke..." she said seriously.
But Scaglietti kept smiling with satisfaction, "Come back anytime, eh...Ahahahaahahah!!!"

If it weren't for the soundproof walls, Scaglietti's laughter would have been heard all over that section of the facility...

He ignored the pain on his fist, (And now this, Relic number 11...If Lutecia's mother never wakes up, it'll be my fault! In the end, it's all my fault!) He needlessly blamed himself.

Worried, Maren was going to try to talk to him, but hesistated.
After staying quiet for a while, Koji backed off from the wall, turned his back to them, "Leave me alone for a while..." He said.
As Koji was about to walk, Chrono called him, "Koji..."
"Chrono-san, ple-" Koji was about to turn around when he saw a white fist, then, intense pain on his left jaw, followed by a fall to the floor.

"Onii-chan!" Yui said surprised.
"Koji-sama!" Rein and Maren said.
"Chrono?" Fate looked at him.
"Stay right there!" Chrono shouted, stopping them.

"W-Why did you do that for?" Koji looked at Chrono.
Chrono looked down on him, "Do you think you're going to solve whatever problems you have on your own?"
"That's none of your business!" Koji talked back.
"Yes it is!" Chrono countered. "Right now, you're in MY ship, so it is my business!"
Koji got up, wiping the blood off the corner of his mouth.

"We don't know what you talked about, but whatever it was, you didn't like it. Now, either you talk to us about it, or I'll keep hitting you until you do!" Chrono said very serious.
"Chrono-san...I'm not in the mood for that right now..." He replied in a restrained matter.
Chrono's teeth gritted, he grabbed Koji by the collar of his uniform, "Dammit! Why are you always so stubborn?" He shook him.
"C-Chrono! Please calm down." Fate tried to reason with him.
But then, both were surprised when the looked at Koji, his right eye turned golden along with an angry, but contained expression.
"It would be best if you'd let go of me, Chrono-san...before things get messy." He warned him.
"che..." Chrono let go of Koji and he straightened his uniform and walked away.

"Rein has never seen Koji-sama with such a scary face desu..." She said as she sat on Yui's shoulder.
"Onii-chan..." Yui muttered in a worried tone.
"He must be keeping all the frustration inside him..." Fate worried as well.
Maren turned to Chrono and bowed to apologize, and went after Koji.
Chrono looked at them go, "I'll be in the bridge." and walked off.

Also a 'peek' on Koji's negative side

I was thinking in making Koji and Chrono duke it out, but in Koji's current state, he'd lose his temper and start slicing things apart

I smirked at Jail's comment at Cinque's loyalty. It's just so him to state almost unprovable facts that change implications whenever viewed from a new perspective.

But after that, you revealed a little too much...

I agree with Keroko, that piece about Trieze's genetics was rather... if I'm allowed to say this, over the top? That's a awful lot of splicing to do, and the development and management of the resulting chimera... Let's just say that I've read too many sci-fi novels about what that really does.

And this might just be me, but I believe Chrono'd challenge Koji, even though his IS had become evident, at the simulation center instead of letting him off like that...

...isn't Number 11 inside Kha after Sophia asked him to swallow it in Nanoha/Cente Gravia...? Kha's named after the 11th Midchilda alphabet after all... Though you did make me realize that Kha has permanently yellow pupils and white hair...

Not only does Treize have über genetics of every sentoukijin and Vivio, now all of a sudden Jail played around with Koji? And Relic 11 at that? This reeks of Mary Sueness and Orochimaru Syndrome.

This is very much like the near-mistake I made with the scrapped Keroko/Vivio bond, which would have removed a lot of believabillity from Keroko and shoved her in the Mary Sue category. Fortunately I had people knocking sense into me. Don't make the same mistake.

Ok, the Crack (or Khrack) must be getting to me, either that or something else...
And yeah, maybe the Vivio part was a bit too much
But the amounts of DNA are small anyway.

Though, in Koji's case...did you read the incident that gave him that ability?
Scaglietti wasn't actually involved, but he did provide the Relic, that whole "Experimental Relic Weapon" stuff was just to mess with Koji, tease him and hit where it hurts the most.

Besides, I'm not going to develop it more than this, it's just to explain some events, like why hasn't Relic number 11 been found (though if there's a 4th season of Nanoha that talks about it, I'm gonna get ION CANON'ed, hard! ), and Scaglietti could be lying...

So, please don't worry about it...

Also, do explain that "Orochimaru Syndrome", I haven't heard about it yet...

And it isn't an IS...just an uncontrolable ability, like that mind reader in Code Geass, Mao or Gao (or whatever his name was )
