Group G Finals Mihoko Fukuji [Yuki was eliminated, time for the best old-new character to move into the final eight. Among the Saki girls she's one of the best with her dedicated leadership and if I have the top ten winks of the decade she got the top (if it is considered a wink) beating Naru Narusegawa, Hinagiku and other best moe wink characters]

Short workout of an old character and Capten Degeassu moved to the final eight. For Nodocchi, she's not needed in the final eight since all three Kugimiya characters with Hinagiku boost will raise Nagi up.

Eruruu held up better than I expected but Mihoko still ended up with the largest blowout of this round. I like Eruruu a lot so it's nice to see she avoided getting doubled. Saki has now tied Clannad's record of 3 characters in the Top 8. Saki still has one last chance to beat Clannad's record.

This is the final match of Round 4. For the 6th time this round, we've got a Saki character in the mix. Nodocchi is being challenged by Sanzenin Nagi. Nagi has already knocked off Saki and Nodocchi is here for revenge. Nagi has a solid win over Saki. It wasn't a particularly dominant win but Nagi clearly won. In Round 2, Nagi completely blew away Rena. Nagi's performance in the preliminaries wasn't bad either. Nodocchi is a bit lacking in terms of personal feats. She was a fair bit ahead of Kagami in the preliminaries but Kagami isn't as strong as she used to be. Nodocchi soundly beat Miyafuki Yoshika and Zange but Zange isn't that strong and Stike Witches characters seem to collapse against strong Saki characters. The only real reason to believe she can challenge Nagi is that Nodocchi is still likely to be the strongest Saki character. Even if they have faultered a bit in Round 4, they have still shown an impressive display of power. Even ignoring SFF, Nodocchi should be able to outdo 52.95% on Miyanaga Saki. Maria who is Nagi's equal didn't exactly blow away Touka who doesn't stand out nearly as much as Nodocchi. In terms of total number of votes recived, Nodocchi and Nagi are pretty close to even. Nagi is at 2792 while Nodocchi has 2753. I'm not as confident in Nodocchi's power as I used to be, but I'm going to stick with Nodocchi until she loses. Nodocchi will take down Nagi.

Nodocchi - 52.96%
Sanzenin Nagi - 47.04%
