Aren't the R2 Mass Production models all called Akatsuki? Shin Akatsuki would be THE most generic name possible that would serve as the backup incase a proper name can't be composed.

Wait, I'm kinda getting confused by your definition of pre-production. By pre-production do you mean it's the Test Type of a NEW unit, or a Test Type of the MASS PRODUCTION unit, since it's just like how the regular Gekka was based off of the Guren MKII?

The Guren Nishiki was the prototype of Lakshata's series of Knightmare Frames. The Gekka was the official "test type", and the Akatsuki was the finished, mass-production model.

At least, that's the way I see it.

Well, that'd make sense.

no your not understanding.
The official title of the japan knightmare in Lost colors 1 was "pre-production Gekka" or something along those lines. I simply pulled the name and replaced "Gekka" with "akatsuki"

I can understand the club having an energy wing but how come that Akatsuki has an energy wing? only "Cecile" can build those.

your basacily saying that the BK could not have built float units because only Lyod could build them despite them stealing the Gawain.
To put it more simply...
Guren has energy wings.
rakshata has Guren.
therefore Rakshata can build energy wings.

I'm just wondering how well Nightmares in code geass could fair agenst Armored Core's. Sure Nightmares have speed and some have the laser beams w.e and the wings. But Armored Core's have Assult Shield which is very effective agenst Bullets. they also have Quick Boost so there wouldnt be a problem dodging Guren and Lancelot's beams.

Also Armored Core's stand about twice as tall and big as Nightmares. Plus they got Laser swords.

Judging their size by how big they are compared to buildings, I'd say they're quite a bit bigger than the Gawain or Galahad, so they're larger than "twice as tall".

I wonder if Kallen/Suzaku could stand agenst Dingo Egret and his mech Jehuty. If he gets out that Vector Cannon, then their doom.

Dingo, Leo and Nohman will own Kallen and Suzaku straight down (Dingo is too smart to use vector cannon on a fast moving target, hell I won't either XD) (the only person who can beat those 3 are Radam and his Hathor and if they are not on Aumaan). (well Leo can even own Amuro and Kira in their SF and Nu-gundams)

As for ACs, I am not sure. MTs will lose unless against REALLY bad grunts.

ACs have MUCH better armour whereas Knightmare frames are more quick. I bet a punch from an AC can destroy the Shinkirou.

Summary:
Orbital Frames > all mechs

I see... but Can they stand their ground Agenst............ The Answerer? Wuahahahahaha!!!!

anyways haha, Maybe if Suzaku and Kallen teamed up, just maybe they could take Dingo, Leo and Nohman (in 2v1 fights)

but really, Compairing them to each other is kinda silly.
