I know about that publisher from OniAi and the first time I saw her I was already disappointed since I knew she has no chance. The series is on hiatus for a while anyway afaik. Onegai Teacher was already mentioned before.

And yeah, just sex doesn't interest me. If I wanted that, I have plethora of hentai to pick from, since there's a lot of mature women in them.

Sadly I know about all of these. They all fit though, except for Mai. She might look a bit more mature than most of anime girls, but not to the point where you'd mistake her for 20-something woman without knowing her actual age, which is kinda what I'm looking for (I mean, compare Mai to Shizuku, the difference is clear even though they're the same age, or Mai is even older at this point).

I actually binged whole Hyulla's Race today and I can't believe that fucking cliffhanger. Wish I did that a month later so I didn't have to wait. Takizawa looks the part, but I don't think I want to read 4-koma ecchi comedy right now. Already know about Realist Hero. Lea from Apocalypse looks great, will definitely check that out. When it comes to Infinite Stratos, considering the next volume will be the last, I can only see Houki end or an open ending. I'm reading that Onee'san manga. She definitely doesn't act mature, but her looks make it up I guess I've read a bit of Sweet Guy some time ago, but I don't really like pornhwas where MC sleeps with girls he has no feelings for. On that note, I can recommend Yahalue. It's a fantasy pornhwa and MC has a true harem (4 girls at the moment) and cares about all his girls. One of them is more on the mature side of looks and personality as well (the main heroine). Be advised though as it has some disturbing themes (including rape, but not on the girls in MC's harem, those are all virgins).

I know of the series and she fits when it comes to appearance, but I couldn't find info on how it ends anywhere. MC is a dog though ffs, so unless he changed back into human I can't see the series having a romantic conclusion and that's one of the requirements. It's a no until someone who finished reading the source can confirm it.

I'll watch it since I like student/teacher and age gap regardless of heroine's looks, but in the context of this thread, I'm hesitant whether she fits or not. The "Clannad eyes" make it hard for me to see her as mature, even though she probably acts like it.

Ryouko makes it clear that she would like to bed her subordinate Junichirou on a couple of occasions, but he's either too dense or too cagey to reciprocate.

Most of my favorite mature heroines have either no, or limited, romantic interests. Balsa in Seirei no Moribito has her childhood friend and admirer Tanda, but she's too much of a wandering spirit to settle down with anyone. In Hataraki Man, Hiroko starts off with a boyfriend, but the demands of their jobs makes having a relationship impossible.

Shurrei in Saiunkoku Monogatari is only sixteen but is very mature. She is the marriage target for a number of eligible men, and one in particular, but she has her mind set on her goal of becoming Saiunkoku's first female imperial official.

Nina Fortner from Monster is another favorite. She might have some interest in the protagonist, Tenma Kenzou, but he has more than enough on his plate already, and Nina's life is pretty complicated as well.

Miwa has a pretty obvious crush on Ryuu, the eponymous Bartender in the show of the same name. He's either uninterested (doubtful) or too professional to pursue a relationship with a patron. In the live-action version, there is more romance between them.

Sora in Oh! Edo Rocket is actually an alien cop. She takes up living with fireworks-maker Tamaya Seikichi who falls in love with her. She tends to "friend-zone" him.

Finally, there is Noda Megumi ("Nodame"), who declares her love for Chiaki Shinichi at the end of the first episode of Nodame Cantabile. Good tsundere that he is, it takes him quite a while to discover his feelings for her, but they do have a relationship that grows over the sequels.
