The connection is there. But even though he's king of both Zhcted and Brune, it'll probably be hard to prove his connection to the Black Dragon King unless I'm forgetting something.

It is. He married Regin and took the Vanadis in his harem plus Titta as concubines. Lim is a tentative Vanadis for the twin sword Viralt (forgot its name) (the Viralt chose her, but she said to wait because she wanted to remain by Tigre's side and thought she'd have to go away from him if she became a Vanadis. She basically asked the Viralt to keep her as a "tentative" Vanadis just in case a better candidate is found later).

Valentina's successor isn't in love with Tigre. She even asked him when she came to report in after first being chosen by Esendeis if she had to marry him, since all of the other Vanadis are his concubines. Tigre is the king of Zhcted and Brune, so all Vanadis have to report to him now, like it was with Victor.

Anyway, his actual wife is Regin but it looks Elen was able to give him his first son. If Regin can't bear him a son, then Elen's child will be the heir. And the one Tigre loves the most is also Elen, meaning that to Tigre his real wife is Elen.

Aside of Lim, Titta does become a Vanadis to take over Valentina temporarily but only when she was possessed to fight Koschei.

Yeah, she was possessed by Tir Na Fal and allowed to use Esendeis. It was just a one-time thing, though. She isn't a Vanadis currently.
